The hotel is old. Accordingly, it is felt, first of all by the smell in the rooms. The floor is strewn with very old carpets, and many other similar but not deadly nuances. The staff are great friendly guys. They try to go to the meeting to customers and offer discounts. In general, you can live.

Second chance I gave them was a bad judgement. This time someone entered our room while we were in it. No knock. Just came in. What was he up to? The rest of the hotel was empty.

Relaxing place. You will enjoy your stay here. It is a safe place also because there is a lot of security cameras. And the place is very convenient because it is near by the cities.

There are basically two types of rooms that they offer based on the room price. There is a ThB600.00 room that can accomodate two persons in a double-sized bed. There is a ThB1, 000.00 room that can also accomodate two persons in a double-sized bed. If you are picky, then I suggest that you book for the TB1, 000.00 room. If you are the easy-kind of person, then book the cheap one. You'll know the difference when you get there.

Very convenient and nice hotel. Near to thai embassy and makes ur visa run easier.

To expensive and old. The carpet was really old and small for 2. The shower, though hot, was really bad.

Decent room for the price. Close to the Thai Embassy, but about 50, 000 kip (200 baht) to the town center. Friendly staff, most speak pretty good English if you're not fluent in the local languages. Cold air con and a few English channels on cable for your down time. Recommended for the traveller that wants hostel prices, but a private room.

Plumbing issues, carpeted rooms that are quite stained, weak air con, terrible buffet food. Lobby smells like the fish tanks haven't been cleaned in weeks.

Very well placed for those who have to redo the visa good reception hearty meal breakfast top unsecured rooms.

The service is ok. The rooms are also ok. It's ok.

Mini tour to temple and Victory Monument.

Horrible! Rooms at 600 bath when it's not worth more than 150 bath!
The rooms are dirty… see disgusting, there are tramps and stains on the walls! Unsanitary bathroom! unworldly bedding with sheets at the edge of the clean. The hotel is a little noisy, as is the view that mini vans, buses and cars come to park in the inner courtyard where the rooms are located. Used condoms found in front of some bedroom door.
Flee this hotel ASAP!

It's good enough to put up for tourists and visa extender coz it's close to thai embassy.

It's so bad for me. We booked a room with a baby and we were initially placed in a Nakurennuju room! Then replaced to another room, where ofiget like a stinking toilet. The view from the window is not happy either. There are hostels with the same quality of service but with less price per room.

Good x closeness to Thai consul. Section.

Needs deep cleaning. Staff nice but need training. Hotel desperate for a remodel.

Close to the Thai Consular and walking distance to major amenities. The price includes aircon, tv, Wi-Fi and breakfast which is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a comfortable stay.

Almost a great hotel for 'Thai Visa Runs'. Spacious but not quite complete rooms, big screen LCD TV but poor signal on most English language channels. Decent bathroom with sometimes hot water. For Lao this is pretty darned good however, when we stayed at the end of July 2014. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Slow but useable Wi-Fi in the room and shared in the lobby (that's why it's slow maybe? ) We paid 1, 000 Thai Baht / 2, 530, 000 LAK (Kip) per night which includes Wi-Fi and breakfast. Cheap but if you don't use Wi-Fi and want to check out the local fayre, the same room is only 600 THB / 151, 000 LAK (Kip). Watch out for the rip-off tuk-tuk drivers who hang around outside the hotel. We were quoted 60 THB for a trip which was a 5 minute walk on the way back because the driver insisted it was 30, 000 Kip and after a protracted and pointless argument, I gave him 120 Baht. We will not use tuk-tuks again here. He summed it up when he said: Lao not same Thai… It looks like investors are trying to take advantage of the number of foreigners using Vientiane for visa runs but the staff are clueless and the there's nothing available… No Ice, drinks refrigerator broken, most of the menu items 'no have'.

Clean spacious economical rooms with cable TV, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Great local food restaurant. Big Asian breakfast selection. Close to Thai Embassy visa section, Nomad bistro and other local restaurants. Far from river walk area.
