Reception staff have an unconcerned attitude. I had to carry my own luggage in and out of the hotel room. Everything inside the rooms is old. I had to leave the hotel early the next day. I made a reservation at another hotel. Definitely do not recommend.
The staff is not flexible in customer support, the reservation is not as requested.
