Nice place, clean, great breakfast, a little bit more expensive than the average. They always try to help, would repeat. Warning: we rented a motorbike from them, it´s the worst one we´ve rented in asia, and when we came back, they starting looking at every details and even tried tom blame us for previous defects… in the end, nothing happen… but, if you rent your bike here, check every detail and take pictures.

Terrible place, with the exception of the convenience of it's location. Beds are horrible, and our sheets had pubic hair on it. When asked for new sheets, was given a sheet that had clearly been ripped off a random bed, as it smelled like sweat and another person. When we asked for actual sheets that didn't smell like it had obviously been used, it was an ordeal. I know this is not a ritzy place and had minimal expectations, but at the very least, I expected clean sheets. Furthermore, my money went missing the last morning we were there prior to checking out. There are no safes in the room, and normally I always carry my valuables with me, but I figured I was just heading down a set of 5 stairs to have breakfast and thought it would be ok. Clearly I was wrong. My travel wallet was in disarray and bills missing. If Google allowed me to give this place zero stars, I would have. Beware.

It was good. Good location, nice view.

Very poor english staff did not understand anything you were asking them. The travel rep needs also to understand her customers needs. She needs to not leave lone females in country without a proper itinary of what they doing and were they are going. Very very bad customer service. Moved into hostal called my box and it was excellent service for a quarter of price well recommended and in city centre.

-Staff was very attentive and helpful. -Room was clean -Breakfast was decent -Nice hot rain shower that actually had a barrier to prevent to floor/toilet from being soaked. Unfortunately the drain was clogged and the bathroom would flood regardless. -The worst mattress I've ever been on (it was totally warn out and concave). We needed 2 extra blankets to even out the shape.

Nice and clean small rooms freshly painted. Staff very friendly, u. S. & continental breakfast's buffet, not Asian. Take care about shower, hot water is VERY HOT! And steps of staircase are high and narrow Complete bathroom set, kettle with choice of tea and coffee in the room, very good Wi-Fi and tv. Safe on the closet. Very good value for the money.

Very friendly and nice lady at reception. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The breakfasts are eggs, fried chicken or banana pancakes with a selection of fruit and toast. Easy walking distance to most places. The reason for 4 stars is the bed. It seems more like the box spring with no mattress. It's extremely hard and lumpy, almost feels like you are lying on a spring at times. The pillows are very thin. Make sure you have a mattress pad if coming here. The other concern was the AC seemed to have issues on our last day, went from cold to warm to cold when we hadn't changed it.

Pretty clean with a nice room that was up to date. Had a safe in room, but it wasn't bolted down to anything which is always kind of questionable in my opinion. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the all you can eat buffet addition that had fruit, bread, juice, coffee, and cereal in addition to a hot cooked entree from the set menu. Staff were friendly if occasionally hard to find. Nice and quiet while we were there. Hot water in shower. Major complaint was that the bed was horrible. Springs were sticking out of it so sleeping on your side resulted in a super sore hip in the morning. Other rooms may have had better beds.

Posh backpacker hotel with clean functional air conditioned rooms. Hot showers. Basic cooked breakfast with fruit and cereal. Staff were very helpful. Booked my bus ticket and tubing package as well. Would recommend this as a budget option.

No recommendation for Backpacker but this is likely to be on price.

Good clean room, totally worth the price. The view from the hotel was very nice, you can see in the photo I shared. Breakfast was very good compare with others hotels I stayed during my trip.

Great spot overlooking the river with a spectacular view of the mountains. Great breakfast buffet with loads of healthy options. Loved the pool area and yoga classes offered as well. Also situated in the centre of town but you feel like you're in the countryside with that view. Would definitely reccomend others to stay!

Wonderful stay! Great breakfast by the river every day. Low-key hotel with views that can't be beat.
