Nice place but location isn’t great. The resort is newly built with container concept. The room area is large and comfortable. However, the greatest downside of the place is its location, 10-20 mins walk from the main city/night market etc. No street lights when you need to get back at night and you have to pay to cross the bridge but it is negligible. I wouldn’t stay here again because of its location.
The place is very new and very nice (comes with a high price). You live inside an old Container, which is fun. The shower was particularly nice. The inside has a lot of wood and it smells very nice like wood. The breakfast was a disappointment. The staff was very attentive and concerned about our needs. Laundry service is good but a little at the upper end pricewise. Dont trust the recommendation on motorbike rental. Go to Mr. Air in town for that. Know that you will have to pay a fee for using the bridge into town each time you go (4000 kip for a pedestrian). When it rains electricity stops working (which is the same in all the places) and it is REALLY loud inside the container (which is kind of adventurous).

+Very nice resort, great idea to sleep in containers. Also the pool is very pleasant.
-Breakfast could be a little better and the way to the hotel is a bit bumpy in the dark, as the road is not tarred.
