We had a pleasant stay in villa Philaylack. The rooms were nice and clean, the ac and fan worked very well and kept the room nice and cool. Moreover, the hotel is located in a prime location — very close to the Mekong river, the night market and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

The location is good and they offer bikes to rent. They do not serve breakfast. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom is very basic (the shower is part of the bathroom), but was okay. I had a room with 2 single beds and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of guesthouses in LP that aren't listed on Google, so if you're able, you can walk around and find someplace you might like.

Well as everybody I will say : it is a good place. They put down the price as it is low season and we stayed longer than usual. The room are cosy and look like boat cabine. Clean everyday. Less than 10 minutes from the night market.
