Luang Prabang Hotels

This is probably one of the prettiest hotels on our 7 week journey through Southeast Asia.
Staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful and breakfast from a menu.

Five Stars is not enough!
My husband and I stayed here in December and it was wonderful.

This hotel was recommended to us from the brother of my wife and would say this might be one of the best hotels in Luang Prabang in all aspects. I would say it's quite cheap according to it's quality.

We loved our stay at Thongbay Guesthouse which is a short drive from the city centre. There is a free hotel shuttle which drops you off at the post office and picks you up as well.

We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Phou Vao and it was truly unforgettable. Saw, Min, and their team took exceptional care of us and thought of every detail.

Incredible location, staff, service. Would consider going back just for the breakfast and kao soi! We arrived after/during some renovations and the place was wonderfully not crowded.

We stayed at Maison Dalabua for a second time because we loved our first brief stay. The staff are great, the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is the best in Luang Prabang.

The hotel grounds are beautiful with the tropical plants and the lotus pond. The restaurant serves very nice local but modern meals and the breakfast was good. Rooms are okay, nothing special.

Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. Massive spacious rooms, bright decor, well equipped with some quirky touches. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had.

It is difficult to put into words just how wonderful Baan-Pila is. It provided the most incredible introduction to Laos in general, and to Luang Prabang in particular, to our family of 5. The staff

Had a very nice stay here. The property is beautiful and quaint. The service was also very hospitable, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice.

Really lovely, spacious grounds. We had a garden facing room, you can sit out and relax all day if you like. Comfy beds, good hot showers, good lighting, bikes for use and the food was very good.

A very good, comfortable, clean hotel in a quiet location with an excellent restaurant area in the water featured gardens.

The room we had (coconut 2) had a fabulous view of the river and a balcony. My only issue would be the noisy guests next door on their balcony as we were almost connected.

As a solo female traveler I felt completely warmly welcomed at 3 Nagas Hotel in Luang Prabang.

We stayed for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms. The hotel is a heritage property and truly wonderful.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! The room was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom was great, as was the balcony overlooking the pool.

Beautiful hotel. Off the beaten path a bit so very quiet and tranquil. Decor is stunning, very clean, relaxing pool area with great bar and menu. Included breakfast is delicious. Service is the best.

What a great hotel in Luang Prabang.
The owner is an American men with a great passion for Laos, he has a huge knowledge about they country and its people, very interesting.

I had a pleasant stay at Sanctuary Hotel in Luang Prabang, where I stayed for 2 nights.

Loved this hotel. Location is perfect! Close enough to night market and Mekong riverside, but far enough removed where you can get a peaceful rest. Infelt very safe.

One of my favorite hotels of all time. The courtyard for breakfast and just relaxing after a day of sightseeing was the highlight for me, with the shade, quiet and gentle breeze.

The hotel itself was beautifully designed and built. We were staying at the suite facing the pool. The interior was a bit vintage but well maintained.

A lovely hotel located a little way away from the centre of the old town. It is centred around a beautiful lotus pond and the gardens are filled with quiet corners.

My family and I (8 people) just had a wonderful trip to Luang Prabang, and we stayed at this hotel.

I really like this hotel — very clean peaceful, and close to the night market (about an 8-minute walk).
The room is spacious with a nice view of the small swimming pool. The staff are friendly.

Rooms are small but the bed we had was a queen sized one enough for a couple.
Location is excellent as it faces the Mekong river, in the historic quarter of Luang Prabang.

Wonderful guest house. It is very clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding is of a high standard, the aircon is great, the shower hot with good pressure.

I love this hotel Kiridara in Luang Prabang! It’s very nice, perched on a hill with an amazing mountain-top view.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had an attractive spacious room for 8 nights. The room had both a fan or air-conditioning (my choice). The room was cleaned everyday.

Everything was great. I can recommend this hotel. Especially the nice couple who manage it. It was easy to rent a motorbike and they helped us with all our other requests.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mekong Charm. Lynn the manager created an excellent first impression.
I was offered a welcome drink and taken through a map of the area.

The meet and greet was excellent. Our room, located behind the reception, was spacious but received limited natural light due to the adjacent property's wall.

I feel very lucky to have found Merry Riverside Hotel and to stay here for 2 nights. They helped me so much, starting from the airport pickup.

Great hotel, stayed on two different occasions with one night in Nong Khiaw in between. Both rooms were beautiful, the one with the balcony was amazing. And so tastefully decorated.

I had a wonderful stay at Queen hotel aka Queen house. The location is very central and convenient for visiting all the attractions around the town.

Lovely small hotel. Great location on a quiet lane. Recommend getting a room with a balcony. Helpful staff, especially Yuhan who went out of his way to help us on many occasions.
