Very good location, especially for watching sunrise. Hotel staff & manager are not good at English, and not kindly in communication with guests.

40$ What else do you expect? The price is very cheap, the room is relatively clean, breakfast is very delicious. Here are the Germans, Koreans, surrounded by BBQ, while drinking beer while chatting very comfortable feeling, the next time you play will live here.

I stayed in a brand new annex building just off the main road. It's a great location, a little away from the noisy night markets etc but in an artsy pleasant area near the smaller river so less commercialised. That said there is something for everybody. The room was superbly appointed using high quality materials, the mattress was great and the bathroom clean, shower great. The chap who welcomes you and runs the desk is the epitome of traditional Laos hospitality, with a warm gentle charm he is full of useful advice about the area but never over effusive or intrusive. Fantastic value, I paid 25 gbp per night. Highly recommended for anybody visiting the city. Bedding, aircon and fan first class Wi-Fi worked well for my visit.

Very nice view look to the Nam khan. Quiet loop for running in the morning to Wat Xiemthong and back along the mekong as well as Nam khan.

Great hotel, very kind family owners! They even gave us an electric teapot when we've asked for it to enjoy the tea we've brought for a gongfu cha. Each time we neede help they were there to give a hand. The breakfast is nice too.

Staff's attitude is terrible. They are nice to Europeans but unfriendly to Asians.

The hotel is really good. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The place is cozy and clean. It has a view of the river where you can have a seat and just thinking about anything.

Great little place beside the Namkhan. Easy walk to main street. Friendly staff.

I've been here for 3 days 2 nights but still too short to explore LP. The room was comfortable, the breakfast exelent, and the staff especially Bill serve us very good. He made itinerary for us and explain LP very well. I will come back to LP and stay here again.

What a welcome on our arrival after 2 days on the Mekong.

The people here really make this hotel perfect —, genuinely good people. I actually hated to leave for the next step of my journey (I must admit I did stay a day longer). I will stay here every time I come. If a filling breakfast, friendly smiling staff, knowledgeable manager, comfortable and clean room with a nice is what you seek, this is the place to go.
