Really lovely place — we went here for lunch. Great staff, even put a table out in the sun for us. I recommend the veggie spring rolls.
And of course the puppy was super cute!

The resort is situated in a small village, which will make your experience even more enjoyable.
All the staff were helpful and friendly!
We have learned how to cook the traditional Sticky Rice in an outdoor kitchen It was a nice local experience and we taught them, a few words in English too.
There here are outdoor activities to do, such a boat trip during the sunset, trekking, visiting the local market.
We had a lot of fun!

Nakai Resort is a small resort with a lot of character. The staff are extremely helpful even though their English still needs work. They work from sunrise to sunset and they seem to never run out of energy. The food is as traditional Lao as you can get in Laos. There are a number of relaxing activities around from a quiet boat ride or a night stroll through the markets. There’s also the ghost ship along the reservoir you have to check out and have dinner at. I’ll be back again soon.
