Well appointed rooms, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi, nice garden and in a quiet part of town. Highly recommend!

We slept in the South Side which is pleasant and cosy to relax. This is a place where you can convenient rest after a long journey. The Wi-fi was very good. There is plenty of space, terrace, garden and pleasant hall. It was good to drink coffee in the morning after tasty breakfast served by nice staff;). Beth is extremely nice, warm and helpful. It was not a problem to left our luggage for couple hours after our check-out or… even to send back to our country things that we hastily forgotten to take away. Moreover Beth helped us call a taxi, she recommended restaurants in neighbourhood and pointed some attractions. It was one of the best accommodation what we had in both of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan during two weeks trip. The only disadvantage is lack of signboard at the gate of SouthSide. Don't be surprised as we did ;P.
If we were to return to Central Asia once, we would definitely use the services of Iron Horse Nomads and South Side. Dziękujemy I pozdrawiamy!

Since 2008, I have been staying my tourists in this charming guesthouse that corresponds to the Europèen standart. I'll write another review as soon as I see the new design.

It brings me a great pleasure to be writing about the labor of love that my grandparents have put in this house; building it brick by brick so that our big family could live together and enjoy a beautiful surrounding. Since the time my family moved to U. S. I have been apart from my house, thinking that one day I will return and all of the memories will come to life, but the house was sold to the other owners. At first I was sad and hopeless, thinking that the best part of my childhood is gone. Seeing what a beautiful place it is now under the new owners made my sorrow fade away and rather brought me tears of joy and peace in my heart. I hope that people staying there can still hear the laughter of little children playing carelessly in the garden, as well as feel the absolute security sleeping in the night time. If my grandpa was alive he would be very proud of what that place turned out to be.
