Ray Hotel by Cloud 7

Checked out earlier today and loved it. The hotel, although it looks small from the outside, is massive inside. The rooms are bloody spacious and stunning, but they do not have any working table and chair. The hotel also does not have a business centre, so be prepared if you are going for work. The Wi-Fi connection was horrible, so ensure you have your own net rather than the hotel's. I was in room 224 with a decent view, but the loud sound from the gym upstairs was not acceptable. My wife and I struggled to sleep, and we got no clear answer from the staff either. It looks like they are using free weights more than they can carry, and they drop them every 5 mins to entertain the tenants below. Totally unacceptable. The food is great, but the bread section is better ordered from the kitchen. Sushila and Sin from Burma were diamonds at the restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and a special thank you goes to Manoj for his outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and always ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly enhanced our experience. Manoj is a great asset to the resort, and his hospitality made our day even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again!

This hotel changed my thoughts on hotels in Kuwait. The architecture is breathtaking. The service was on top. The room was well designed and the cleaning was on point. The food also was great. I can’t find a single flaw. This is the best get away I had here. Thank you Ray ❤️

The food was genuinely great. Fresh, flavorful, and lots of variety. Big shoutout to the chef of Joontos and Manoj who was super nice and friendly throughout our stay. Made us feel really welcome. Would definitely come back!

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The noise at night was unbearable. There was absolutely no respect for guests’ sleeping hours, and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms is shocking. You can hear every movement, every conversation, and every disturbance from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It is impossible to rest in these conditions.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of response from the staff. I submitted multiple complaints, yet nothing was done. No solution, no apology, no effort to improve the situation. This clearly reflects a serious lack of professionalism and hospitality standards.
A hotel’s basic responsibility is to provide comfort and rest — this hotel failed completely. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and one that will never be repeated.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and it was so comfortable. Must stay in this hotel for the best experience.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of options. Very welcoming staff in the restaurant. Overall great hospitality.

Mohamed Saad a sales person is a very professional and helpful, he helped me with the reservation and my family was so happy to spend time in the hotel. I had a one night in the hotel, at the beginning the receptionist Mr Mohammed is so helpful, kind, and gentleman. The hotel was above my expectations it was really nice, quit. It is 30 min to Mubarkeya souq. The breakfast was good but the option was limited.
