Great hotel and great staff!
We received an unexpected upgrade to a great suite. Definitely worth it when coming back.

The hotel is wonderful, and the service from the staff is more than excellent. The staff are friendly to everyone. The hotel is close to all activities and tourist attractions.

The staff at the hotel are always excellent and helpful. They are willing to help whatever the request. I forgot my charger and they found it, informed me it was located and kept it for me safe.

We stayed 3 nights here in the hotel, the staff are really well trained and all spoke all English, from bellboy, breakfast staff and reception.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying in the City Tower Hotel in Kuwait. Starting from the express check in and check out process, which makes it flawless experience.

We went there as three girls and felt very safe and comfortable. The Tunisian brother Mohammed at the reception was also very kind and helpful.

Firstly the location of the hotel is really good and there's a lot of parking available.
Secondly, the hotel staff were very helpful and respectful.
