The hotel is wonderful, and the service from the staff is more than excellent. The staff are friendly to everyone. The hotel is close to all activities and tourist attractions.

The staff at the hotel are always excellent and helpful. They are willing to help whatever the request. I forgot my charger and they found it, informed me it was located and kept it for me safe.

I had the pleasure of visiting the English Tea Room with a dear friend of mine, and we had the most wonderful time! The service by Younus and Jouwara were exquisite!

I booked through "Agoda". The confirmation email I received said the time of check in is 12pm, and check out is 12pm.

Stayed here for a business trip, and it was super nice. Architecture has a bit vintage feel to it, staff is super nice and location is closer to most places in the city.

I want a Christmas holiday at a seasonal hotel that is luxurious calm and has a fabulous view. The hotel was surrounded by towers and there is a mall nearby.
