The hotel is wonderful, and the service from the staff is more than excellent. The staff are friendly to everyone. The hotel is close to all activities and tourist attractions.

The staff at the hotel are always excellent and helpful. They are willing to help whatever the request. I forgot my charger and they found it, informed me it was located and kept it for me safe.

I had the pleasure of visiting the English Tea Room with a dear friend of mine, and we had the most wonderful time! The service by Younus and Jouwara were exquisite!

Everything was perfect the servicr and food, before snd after, from the manager to lower staff everyone was s professional. English tea lounge and st regis hotel is my second home.

Great location. Very good staff here. They have helped me and checked on me each day.

An outstanding experience. Honestly, it felt more like home than a hotel.
Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, calm atmosphere, and attention to detail.

I made a reservation from the kitchen for a cake and I had this wonderful lady (Jen) from takeaway service, who took my request with a beautiful response and good spirits.

Stayed here for a business trip, and it was super nice. Architecture has a bit vintage feel to it, staff is super nice and location is closer to most places in the city.
