The hotel is wonderful, and the service from the staff is more than excellent. The staff are friendly to everyone. The hotel is close to all activities and tourist attractions.

The staff at the hotel are always excellent and helpful. They are willing to help whatever the request. I forgot my charger and they found it, informed me it was located and kept it for me safe.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. Rarely have we seen such committed, friendly and helpful staff members.

Opinion on the buffet:
Very tasty food and cooked well. It tasted delightful and the service was great, the waiters were very helpful.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Al Hamra Hotel with a group of around 20 people. The buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to everyone’s taste.

The food is absolutely nice, great selections off desert the staff are very friendly it was great selection of main dishes. It was nice and quiet for a big family.

We stayed 3 nights here in the hotel, the staff are really well trained and all spoke all English, from bellboy, breakfast staff and reception.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying in the City Tower Hotel in Kuwait. Starting from the express check in and check out process, which makes it flawless experience.

Did not expect such a large living space. We had double beds, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large living room. All clean and tidy.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and happy to assist.

We went there as three girls and felt very safe and comfortable. The Tunisian brother Mohammed at the reception was also very kind and helpful.

Great location, the service was pretty friendly and helpful as well. I was pleasantly surprised from the breakfast buffet which was rich and contained western as well as Arabic dishes!

Lovely hotel with very polite staff. Rooms are a little small but incredibly clean!
