The Code Residence - ذا كود ريزيدنس

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the reception team—they went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. The place is not only clean and quiet but also beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, which made for a very comfortable stay.
If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. They welcomed us warmly, offered helpful suggestions, and responded to every request with genuine care and attention.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a true escape after a long day. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The reception team did everything they could to accommodate our needs—nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable, they were always available and eager to help.
This level of service made us feel truly valued and taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

We truly enjoyed our stay during the EID Holidays. Highly recommended from our end. Very co-operative staff and good room service. Very neat and tidy rooms.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The service was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and professional, and the location, price, place, was also great. Highly recommended.

This was the worst service and customer experience I’ve ever had. We made a confirmed reservation two weeks ago through Daina and traveled all the way from the UAE. Shockingly, upon arrival, we were told that the reservation was canceled — by Daina herself — without informing us in any way. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and caused major inconvenience to us. We expected much better.

Truly advise it.
Clean, neat, cozy and the location is near many restaurants plus the sea for a nicrle walk at the evening. Thats if you book in a cool season.
Just the studio is a bit extra small and car garage is tight.

Disappointing Experience.
My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. While the location is convenient, the negatives far outweighed the positives.
To start, the TV in the room was broken, and so was the shower, which made my stay extremely inconvenient. The noise levels were unbearable—both from outside due to poorly insulated windows and from the constant banging and loud cleaning sounds from room service in nearby apartments.
To make matters worse, I accidentally lost my room card, and the hotel insisted on charging me 5 KD to replace it, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor experience.
Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here. Spend your money elsewhere for a more comfortable and hassle-free experience.
(Ps: Wi-Fi is so poor as well)

This hotel was beyond my expectations, it exceeded them in every way possible, beautifully.
Location: the location is a 10 out of 10 for me. It’s near Food street which is filled with restaurants, and it is also near by the beach area and it only takes a short drive to get there. It’s a little bit far away from Kuwait city, but it’s still a great location.
Price: the price was more than amazing for the rooms. You get so much space, about 75 m². That is way more than 25 m² rooms 30 m² rooms for double the price that you will be paying and other places instead of here. It’s really nice for those people who are on budget or if you want something that is not too overrated when it comes to the price.
Room: the room itself is exactly like the photos. Thankfully, there’s no catfishing here. It’s very spacious and there are a variety of options and not difference moneywise in between. The rooms were also very clean and tidy when we came and room service. Does a great job at cleaning it every day.
Staff: the staff to me, was also, one of the things that stood up for me in this hotel. They were way more than excellent, all of my interactions have been smooth with them. They’re very quick and witty, very respectful and kind as well, so there’s nothing that I requested that didn’t come in time or that I had complications with getting.

I had a great stay at The Code Residence Hotel in Kuwait. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially considering our late check-in at 3 AM. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It featured two bathrooms, a large living area with a dining table, and a good-sized kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was really convenient for our stay.
The beds were very comfortable, and despite being in a central location, we couldn't hear any street noise. The view from the apartment was lovely, with a nice glimpse of the beach and street below. Free Wi-Fi was available, but unfortunately, it kept lagging, which was a bit of a downside.
We enjoyed the pool, especially for the kids, and while we used the gym, it could be improved a bit. The hotel also offered parking spaces, which was convenient. The location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of food options and fresh juice bars nearby. The surrounding area felt safe and secure.
Overall, great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. It's a fantastic place to stay for families, couples, or anyone visiting Kuwait!

The place is very wonderful and close to many services. The apartments are very clean and I thank the staff, including Diana. 🌷

The best hotel in Kuwait in terms of value for money. The hotel is located in a lively street in Salmiya with plenty of dining options, amenities & juice & desert bars. It's also a 5 minute walk to the beach, museum and carrefour. 10 minute drive from Kuwait City. The hotel itself is pretty much brand new, fully equipped and still has a very fresh aura about it. The staff are also very experienced and very helpful. Honestly speaking, it is not easy to find a hotel of such a high standard for this price in Kuwait so well done to the team at The Code Residence. Oh & the hotel has it's own car & driver too so that's very convenient.
