Ocean View Hotel Kuwait

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The rooms are nice and clean, and they’re spacious which I love!
Also the staff are very kind. Two people made my stay stand out more and it was Marty and Mr Salah! They’re very nice and welcoming and they are part of the reason I’ll be back to this hotel.

My stay in Ocean view hotel was good. The staff was very cooperative and the rooms are spacious. Mr sajjad is the front desk person on whom you can fully rely upon. Over all a good stay for me. I lived here from 01st to 4th Dec 2025

The worst stay ever. It is not worth it. They don’t clean your room unless you follow them like begging. The shower the hose just broke. The food isn’t hygiene due to fly landing in the food during buffet. I don’t recommend it. Instead of focusing on your trip you come back after a long day to call reception and complain. The key is the worst part everyday it stops working and I have to reactive it.

Besides the room being very dirty, dusty, and smelling strongly of smoke, the AC in our room made loud, concerning noises throughout the night. We couldn’t sleep because of it. We called reception and they sent someone, but he dismissed the issue and simply told us to “just put it on low, ” without actually fixing anything. Even on low, the noise continued. When we called again, we were told the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t offer us another room.
The bathroom lights were also flickering on and off for no reason.
When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, the receptionist replied, “Be thankful you got some, others got none. ” My father was not feeling well, and they did not show any concern. They also only have one type of pillow, which was very stiff and uncomfortable. When we asked again, we were told, “That’s all we have, and we’re out anyway. ”
We paid for a full room and could not even get the bare minimum.

Good place nice view luck of customer service especially for cleaning mainten cleanliness all rooms I experience there is a bad smell.

I stayed for 7 nights. The staffs are friendly and highly professional. Indeed the location and rooms are quite good. There is Spa, café and its very near to great mall and beaches. But their housekeeping team unprofessional and inattentive, really it was bad experience in a good hotel.

Ocean View Hotel offers a fantastic stay with its great and clean environment. However, the service quality could be improved (it’s really bad). The staff's responsiveness and speed in addressing requests were often slow, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The room is clean but unfortunately the service lack of professionalism we requested forks and spoons unavailable, laundry doesn't work and some clothing handler also unavailable. Big difference between this one and the one located in Dubai. Definitely won't be back to this hotel.

I recently stayed at this new hotel for 2 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with stunning views of the sea. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable and stylish stay.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuwait.
