I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay.

They actually have two camping areas, one with no facilities in a grassy area by the river and another with a private shelter with barbecue area, water tap and electric plugs.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were well appointed with all the right things to be able to be at home. The whole style of every part of the property was unique and lovely.

Beautiful and more calm and relaxed place, moreso the rooftop.

The food is good but the amenities could do some upgrading. Some of the rooms do not even have cabinets. The door key cards rarely works.

Had a conference meeting with the underground parking a huge plus. Service and meals were excellent abd servings on the large side. The lift could do with an ungrade!

It's a nice hotel from the inside. It's quiet and the service is top notch. I liked it.

Good place but no elevator. You have to take stairs to the top floor.

It has a romantic serene environment, the river, the waterfall, it's not crowded and has beautiful secluded cottages for privacy and the view is stunning. Good for both adults and kids gateway.
