Eka Hotel Eldoret

Its always a pleasure for me to visit and stay at EKA Eldoret. Friendly staff. Ambience perfect. Dinner with a twist of a saxophone player who did very familiar local tune, loved it. To cap it all up, slept like a baby…

Very clean. Friendly staff. Edward at the reception was amazing. Mathew and Michael all nice and made sure our stay was fantastic. Geoffrey and lavender at the restaurant was really nice and helpful. The stay was nice overall.

I had a good experience once again at Eka Hotel Eldoret. We had a customer dinner event for 20 people and everything went on very well. The meeting room as good and the food perfect.
I would like to single out one Christobel who went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable and well attended. She is actually the reason I came with my customers as my previous encounter with her was also excellent and she had asked me not only to spend the night but bring seminars or workshops to Eka Eldoret. From this experience, I will surely bring another customer event there and Eka Eldoret will be my choice accommodation when I am in the North Rift.

This is the best hotel I stayed in Kenya.
It’s located in the Rupa Mall complex. The entrance to the hotel and parking is in the rear. The hotel is up on floor 3.
I rode my motorcycle from Mombasa. I was a walk-in with no reservation. The curbside greeter assisted me parking my bike. Check in was fast and easy. The room was exceptional and the shower was perfect.
Breakfast buffet was excellent.

My stay at Eka Hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism by the GR, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a busy day. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. Every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. I highly recommend Eka Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, comfort and a memorable experience. I look forward to staying here again.

I dined and had their buffet thrice. Once for breakfast and twice for dinner. My highlight was the fruits. Very fresh. I also had a fruit mocktail at the bar. The Champions drink. Wonderful and refreshing. The only downside was the dessert was dry and didn't pair well with the syrup provided.

Eka Hotel Nairobi gave us an unforgettable vacation. The convenient location near the airport is unique, and the vibrant city views are stunning. We loved the diverse, delicious buffet options and the high-energy service team. The staff made us feel like family. We cannot wait to sail back here again soon!

I've been to Eldoret many times but this was the first stay at Eka. It won't be my last. I can only think of positive things to say about it. From the moment we stepped up to the entrance and entered to the time we left, the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The food was tasty and the breakfast buffet quite sumptuous. There was excellent musical entertainment on Friday night. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to shopping and other eateries, and safety seems to be a priority.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the environment was peaceful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

My recent visit to Eka Hotel Eldoret with my family was nothing short of delightful. We stopped by for dessert, and from the moment we walked in, the ambience immediately set the tone for a memorable experience. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and beautifully designed, striking the perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy comfort. The lighting is soft and inviting, the seating arrangement spacious yet intimate, and the overall setting creates a relaxing environment that makes you want to linger a little longer. It felt like the perfect place to unwind, enjoy meaningful family conversations, and indulge in something sweet together.
As for the desserts — absolutely divine! I ordered the tiramisu, and it was simply splendid. The layers were perfectly balanced, with a rich yet delicate mascarpone cream and just the right hint of coffee, making every bite smooth, flavorful, and indulgent without being overpowering. It was easily one of the best tiramisus I’ve had. My family opted for a fruit platter and ice cream, and they were equally impressed. The fruit was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented, while the ice cream was creamy, luscious, and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared with attention to detail and quality, making the entire dessert experience exceptional. It was a truly wonderful family outing, and we are already looking forward to visiting again!

Perfectly located next to the Rupa mall with two hotel restaurants. The room is spacious with contemporary design. Our room however has leaky shower head. After reporting it, it was not fixed the next day. I had to remind the reception on my checkout so next guest would not suffer leaking shower and wet floor. Also we wanted to order room service and they gave unclear directions. Overall the hotel is great but the service has rooms for improvement.

There on valentines dinner, we didn't feel the vibe, secondly the service on below the bar, there was this waitress lavender we clearly asked for red sweet wine she brought dry wine and opened after confrontation she disappeared, food not the best, options are limited, not worth.

The Eka Hotel at Rupa Mall is truly an oasis in the desert. From the moment you arrive, the quality is evident—the rooms are genuinely five-star. The attention to detail is impressive, particularly the bathroom; the shower is one of the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel, complete with a fantastic waterfall shower head that makes for a perfect start to the day.
For those who value wellness, the 8th-floor fitness facility is incredible and exceptionally well-equipped. Dining was also a highlight, with a diverse morning buffet and a menu that delivers delicious lunch and dinner options. Finally, the convenience of being attached to Rupa Mall cannot be overstated—having ample shopping and amenities right at your doorstep is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Eldoret!

It's was good. A place to relax and just enjoy the silence if that's your thing. Accessible to all amenities one may need. Friendly staff good food. The rooms are excellent.

This experience was not in my bingo cards. Wow wow wow, I absolutely loved my stay here.
The rooms are soo clean like extremely clean, I loved that. The bed was super comfy, I have never got such good deep sleep in such a long time. The curtains black out the lights.
I stayed on the 4th floor and they have as if a lobby in the middle, you must walk to your room at night because there is something so beautiful about that walk to your room in the night. It was magical. I loved the little detail of the light on your room door number haha it had me just smiling and grinning.
Oh and the water pressure. 10/10. That shower hits in all the right places. 😃 then I actually love the smell of sandalwood and their shower gel smells sooo good.
Guys, I rarely review but this is worth the share 100/10.
The bonus part is its in a mall so all the shopping you need is down stairs. I was also informed that the rooms are sound proof. Hmm maybe that is what added to my amazing, peaceful rest.
Oh another thing, their kitchen works 24hours, like how cool is that.
We arrived and checked in late and were still able to have a delicious meal.
Then let me tell you, you get abit confused because the lobby is on 3rd floor to the hotel and then when you arrive, its like a whole new world. 😄
I will definately go back there to rest well for a longer duration. If you want to rest and rest well please say less and check in there.

Im an all-time traveller. I had a wonderful stay at Eka Hotel Eldoret with my family, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The interior décor is beautifully done—modern, warm, and very welcoming. The rooms felt highly secure, which gave us great peace of mind as a family, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. For the quality of service, ambience, and overall experience, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or for business.

The place has good customer service and has a wide variety of buffet serving their wine is exquisite. I personally enjoy my meal and stay.
