The staff of Waffles Suites are helpful and do it joyfully. Thank you so much for the excellent service given to a group of 21 that checked in so late at 3am and Mary and her tram stayed up waiting for us. Thank you to the chef for preparing sumptious meals for us.
I was there in November 24, a return visit. 2yrs later, the rooms still look new — very well maintained, all with smart TVs. Excellent service from the staff, especially Rueben, the waiter. They serve generous portions of delicious food, too. Highly recommend!

It's located on a relatively quiet street.
Pros:
• The rooms are clean, large, well ventilated and cosy.
• The staff are courteous and responsive.
• The breakfast was okay.
Cons:
• The wardrobe in the room is open.
• The table is narrow. I had to squash things together when I asked to be served tea in the room.
• The staircase is narrow with uneven steps — can be a little disorienting.
I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.
