Alpine Hotel

The hotel was just good, nice rooms with a really hot shower.

Got a twin room, which was spacious. Breakfast was freshly prepared as you wait.

Quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a great stay.

Stay was nice but they need to improve to modern way of serving breakfast (buffet). Also the table cloths and reception seats colors once you enter they put one off. They need to change to bright colors not to look dull. Wi-Fi is very slow, toilet tank cover for my room was wood. Otherwise customer is good.

I had a great time staying at this place, all the staff were amazing and always found my room clean after long day of travel. The food was amazing (fish) and the place is very secure. My luggage was safe and this was very important to me. I have found a spot.

It was great but the bathroom had a problem with water too hot and cold water was not running needs to be was needs to be checked. There was a feeling of the staff intimidation and frustrated with uncooperative management there was a customer who had booked in as a couple but in the room had 500ml bottled drinking water they asked to get another one they told to buy, there was a sense of the management being too hard on staff who are very polite expressed hospitality. The management are focused on cash but not reaching out to customers please renovate your bathrooms and and windows too attain 5 stars hope will pull up your socks.

Place is okay. Ample parking, rooms are clean, customer service is great, but when I visited the Wi-Fi wasn't working and the water boiler wasn't heating, and the room had only one socket, one cant charge multiple appliances.
