Vicmark Hotel Nakuru

It's a place to be, great service great people. When am around this is my home.

Great place to stay — friendly staff and lovely finishes.

Excellent client experience from reception, room service to hotel. Good potions of food. Indian cuisine so delicious. Keep up the excellent service.

The staff were super friendly & welcoming. They honestly make the hotel stay waaayyyyy better! Every staff member was friendly but the women were exceptionally warm & welcoming! Notable mentions were Mercy, Mary & Ursula at reception, Joyce & Lineth at housecleaning & Betty at security. Thank you! Thank you!

Excellent place with great service and amazing staff. Especially Veronica at the front entrance with his contagious smile.
All the staff are very welcoming and they make sure you're well looked after.
The location is very central to most attractions here.
Pleasant experience.

For early risers your breakfast is ready no matter the time.

The rooms are ish-ish. Just ok for a budget home. The restaurant as well — there's not much to write home about the breakfast, for instance. The staff are great.

The best 👌 place to be freshness of food I can't stop visiting.

Liked their fantastic rooms, generous and welcoming staff.

A very beautiful place. Nice customer care. We had a birthday pre-planned and it came out so well. Great meals and services. Wellcoming environment. Any other visit to Nakuru or in transit. That's my place.

Great place to wine and dine. Beautiful cosy place. Great food. Lovely ambiance.

Great experience, excellent customer care and room service.

Located within CBD. Lovely environment. The restaurant is cosy and warm. Loved their services. Nice place for trainings and conferences.

The location is perfect right in the heart of Nakuru, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that feel both cozy and stylish.
What really stood out was the warm and attentive service from the staff — always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere feels personal and welcoming, unlike larger chain hotels. It’s a true hidden gem for anyone looking for a boutique experience in Nakuru. Highly recommended!

Nice place. Good outlay. Been there now four times but I must say need to maintain good room maintenance. Was abit disappointed in terms of toiletries replenishing eg. Shower gel etc. The Wi-Fi is not accessible throughout the hotel.

I love the services, the food is so delicious, their lift is ok, so nice. The building is so neat. Fourth floor halls are nice.

Comfortable rooms, clean and the service is very good.
Breakfast option is recommended.
They have secure ample parking at the front of the hotel but I was assured there’s another parking in case this one got full.
The location of the hotel is close to good restaurants nearby.
The only drawback is lack of internet connection, or rather it’s not working as it should.
