I loved everything about merica, the welcoming at the entrance by security, the warm reception, clean and warm rooms, nice and well served foods.
The gym is well equipped only that it should be opened earlier then 6am.

Well. This has luxury and comfort all in one package. Beautiful serene rooms with executive room service. Quality meals and friendlyrl round the clock human service.
Packing might be a challenge but they offer good security.
Highly recommend.

It's a beautiful place with very clean rooms. But for food, I won't advice☹️. They also don't have parking at the hotel. You have to park your vehicle outside.

Why do you serve cofee with plastics? Do know When plastic is exposed to heat, especially from hot food or drinks, it can release harmful chemicals? I had to transfer my cofee to glass. Buy I didn't like it. That's not a fast food restaurant. You can do better. As a woman I like travelling alone dressing anyhow but that doesn't mean I don't have money. Stop underrating customers. And when a customer is having their food stop meddling in their business and mind your businesses. It makes someone feel uncomfortable when you're eating or drinking and people are looking at you. Thank you!

It is a well located hotel in the city centre. Facilities are not bad. We were on a full board basis and after some initial inertia both the duty manager and the kitchen staff were very helpful. We had both a good lunch, and very good dinner, with items being made for us. Thank you to Martin (duty manager) Oscar and Sally for looking after us. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel very well located for town and the Lake Nakuru national park.

We recently stayed at Merica Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Nakuru town and nearby attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the fresh linen and daily housekeeping. The outdoor pool and garden provided a peaceful spot to relax after a busy day.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the food overall was tasty.
Overall, Merica Hotel is a great choice if you’re visiting Nakuru and want a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. I would definitely come back again.

The service was excellent, I was part of the EPRA conference. The food was mouth watering but what stood out was the service by one of the waiters called Ludeki, I had to ask for the name since the service delivery was fast and smooth. He was a good listener, welcoming and helped a lot. In my next stay I'll definitely book that waiter for my services.

The food was soo bad. I had chips masala and it was undercooked. They used solid oil to cook it that solidified on the plate in a few minutes.
The waiter poured a beer accidentally on my partner but didn't bother to take further action of apologising or something…
The food took too long to be brought to be honest that was not soo good.

I loved the customer service and the reception too. It's a nice place to have lunch and is quite kid friendly.

My few days in Nakuru were made even better by my unexpected visit to Merica Hotel. Even with a large function underway, the staff's dedication to service was remarkable even considering they were hosting a rather large function. I was quickly served a perfectly cold beer, and the warmth from Sharon, Dorothy, and (i think his name was) Dawson, was outstanding. Their attentiveness created a truly welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, particularly during busy times. Merica Hotel Nakuru offers a delightful experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for their exceptional staff and service.

Our stay at Merica Nakuru was so peaceful. The room at 5th flr was so comfy and quite at night. Bed and pillow very comfortable with very fresh linen, Hot water was instant once you open the taps. The hotel staff were friendly. Definitely a place to visit regularly as I travel and I also recommend it to my friends.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious with all facilities. Wonderful view from the room. Swimming pool, restaurant and cafe are very good. Staff is really nice and helpful. It is is a very nice area of the city, centric and alive but not as much as other central areas that are much more chaotic. So nice to walk around.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

I want to highly commend the Merica Hotel for its excellent service, especially Mr. Oscar, who serves as a waiter. His attitude was very friendly, he always came with a smile on his face and asked if I needed anything. The food was delicious! The service in the apartment was also excellent, I really appreciate the daily preparation of a clean bed and the replenishment of shower gels that we were missing in an emergency. The only minus of this Hotel is that It is located at a busy intersection so there is almost no peace and quiet, it may not bother some people but it was not an advantage for me. Many thanks to the staff I remember the names Oscar, Benson and a very nice chef whose name I don't remember. Big thanks to Hotel MERICA from the Czech Republic TEAM! We will always remember you! 🔥🥳

Great hotel, splendid rooms. Food was great. Nice pool.
Two negatives, though.
No orgased way to alert clients that they have no adequate parking.
We also were disappointed for not being alerted that a religious organisation had booked the place such that our 2 days there we felt like intruders.
Clients should be alerted in advance so thar they choose whether to book or nor rather than force clients to appear like hostages of a religious organisation that eclipsed every other client.

The services offered is one good thing and the food is another thing. It is quite impressive how the employees are warm welcoming in their way of servicing, greeting, taking orders. In conclusion compared to the many other five stars I'd compliment it as 9.5 outta 10.
