Chill place to hang out. Beautiful view.

The service at the rooftop bar is quite wanting. Been there on two separate occasions and nothing has changed. The waiters are unprofessional, always get orders wrong but are quick to insist on payment before you're done. Reduce your expectations of this place.

Some friends and I visited the rooftop bar and it is a very nice place to hang out. They offer happy hour from around 5-7pm and this happens to be a very nice venue to watch football matches. The food is alright and the service not bad at all. There is strong Wi-Fi and a good ambiance as well. The view that this roof top bar provides of Nairobi's skyline is one of a kind. In case you want to catch a great sunset while listening to some good music, this is the place to be.

Went for a breakfast meeting. You should sit on the coffee ☕ shop not the breakfast restaurant if you don't want to be charged a lot. The coffee was great and the ambience was good too. Not the quickest service though.

Comfortable lounge seats at rooftop bar for an after office hours catchup. Distant music allowing conversations and Happy hour between 1730h — 1930h. Parking is validated at check out using a valid receipt from the Bar/restaurant. Budget BnB… Surprisingly cheaper to book online than a walk in. Utilitarian minimalist Standard rooms. Clean and Comfy.

My second visit in as many months, I loved the rooftop bar, although I have issues with the staff, in particular the individual who asked my fiancee to "get her fiancee to buy her a glass of wine. " Very unprofessional.

It's a good classy business hotel that is conveniently located and it is just a few minutes away from upper hill, Gigiri, Nairobi cbd and so on. Their rooms are awesome though small. Their breakfast is very good with a wide variety to choose from. Their roof top bars have magnificent views of Nairobi skyline and good for a hangout.

This is a slice of heaven. Rooms are very clean with a classy interior design. They are also perfect for people traveling for business. I love the white towels and bedding. The food is amazing and so are the staff. This is definitely on my visit again list.

Worst hotel in terms of service. They don't even provide water in the room when asked for it. Would not recommend anyone staying here. Expensive for the service provided.

This is located in the heart of the city at Raphta road in westlands. The check in is efficient and the staff are courteous. They have a good restaurant (UTAMU) for dinning, a coffee shop on the ground floor. A roof top bar overlooking the city is good for drinks and relaxing.

Ibis is a budget hotel but surprisingly good. For the price you get excellent value, good and practical service, and honestly you get everything a 5 star hotel has to offer but at a compacted price. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Home away from home. Beautiful interior, affordable rates. This is my 5th time here as a resident. Will always come back.

Beautiful hotel, very modern, clean but small room space, private bathroom, no room service and no bell men. There is a smoking terrace beautiful view and breeze, two roof bars, beautiful and elegant seating. Great food at the buffet for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great sleep after a safari camp :) you need plug converter in the rooms, USB port was not working. There are no cupboards in the rooms just hangers and folding tables. Wycliff at reception was very helpful he helped us with the luggage. Staff are great! You can take your coffee and pastry to the smoking terrace.

This place is for very short visits like a day or 2. U don't get cupboards and have to live in a suitcase. It is compact and has fold away tables n chairs. It is neat. You dont get a glass to drink water but bottles are available. There is a community ironing facility. No inroom telephones but the lobby has a phone to speak to reception. We got a b&b and it was good. Be a bit careful at the Sky bar. U get one bill to pay and then make sure you get the receipt after paying.
