Nice budget spot with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

I would recommend khweza the service was good. And rooms are spacious, we really enjoyed our stay with kweza. In breakfast there was a quite of variety of food.
the hotel is clean and rooftop is breathtaking having breakfast on the roof top.

Accommodation close to the Nairobi CBD. Budget rates with non fussy rooms and reliable hot water. Room rates include a nourishing breakfast! Helpful staff. Lovely roof top garden for relaxing, dinning and meet with friends. Definitely the best budget travellers accommodation in Nairobi.

Easily my favorite non-luxury hotel out of the 27 countries I’ve visited. Clean, comfortable rooms, awesome hot shower, above average food, and excellent service. Kept my room while on safari for 3 nights and although I had an amazing time, returning to Khweza felt like coming home ❤️ Rooftop bar is relaxing with great local beer… decent western food if you start having blood sugar issues from the healthy Kenyan food Recommend to anyone staying in Nairobi on a budget!

Khweza Bed and Breakfast is located in the Ngara area of Nairobi. It has a youth hostel kind of vibe but with the level of service expected from a hotel. Ngara is a great area for those who like to get a taste of the local hustle and bustle and have less of a tendency to stay at all-inclusive resorts. Their rooftop patio has a bar and restaurant open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm and offers all sorts of great food and drink. Here, guests of the B&B will run into locals coming around for tea and dinner. It is close to many shops, the business district and the Masaai Market, held in the area on Tuesdays, is a ten-minute walk away. The staff was more than accommodating and were very helpful with every aspect of our trip, be it getting around town or booking safaris and day-trips outside the city. Did I mention they also provide airport transfer? They book safaris, too. We spent 16 days in Kenya and booked the bulk of our travels through Khweza, which wound up being more affordable than going through a travel agency. Peris, the assistant manager at the time of our stay, was happy to plan a four-day itinerary for us on our way to Mombasa and the South Coast which included accommodation, food, bottled water, game drives, park entries, driver and transportation for the entire duration of our endeavour. Our guide/driver's name is Junior. He has years of experience on safari, having done it since he was a young boy and possessed an uncanny eye and intuition for wildlife.

It's cost friendly, clean, near the CBD, safe and nice food at the rooftop restaurant. I should mention the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Not a bad place, decent food. NOT an attractive nor convenient neighborhood!

I selected this place as it had high reviews but on arrival that's not what I got, 1. Room we got had a broken down TV, finally after 2 or more hours we got shifted to new room, alas hot water not working there but we were too tired to complain or move again. TV now working but disconnected from advertised DSTV channels (on their site) so we had to do with 2 boring local stations that had zero entertainment. Place is in a very dangerous area, half rooms are on the road side, lots of noise, only good thing about the place is their interior /exterior deco except the beds that are old and caved in Book at your peril.

Good place, with big rooms and hot water at the heart of Nairobi. Roof too bar and good food too. Very great and welcoming personnel.

Eine Freundin und ich durften zwei wundervolle Wochen hier verbringen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, das Essen gut und reichlich und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Eines Tages kommen wir wieder nach Nairobi und dann ist dieses Hotel wieder unsere erste Wahl. A friend and me spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The chambers are clean and decent, the meals good and plenty and the staff incredible friendly and obliging.
One day we will come back to Nairobi and then this hotel will be our first choice.

Serenity at it's best. Among the best places outside town to hangout with family, friends and for any occasion.

The place is next to town thus easily accessible. In addition the hotel has lower rates on their services compared to many hotels around town.

Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Well kept rooms. Rates good, Food is great, This is my third stay here and love it. Only complain is that the TV system only carries 1 channel. European league. I would suggest the hotel invest a phone system to all the rooms. Easing taking trips to the reception desk. Lastly a small ICE making machine. Otherwise keep it up folks.
