It has a roof top lounge that gives a 360° view of the city, a bar, a restaurant and the rooms are clean.

I stayed with my family for 3 days. During that days we enjoyed a lot the hotel. It had a lounge in the top of the building with beautiful landscapes of the city (Nairobi).

Amazing stay. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast was worth waking up for. Terrific service.

Good for the price. They are not responsive via chat or call at all, but when I arrived I could check in as there was a girl in the desk after midnight.

It's located along Accra road which exist near the Kenya archives, it's next to Mumbi house, the hotel is amazing with good room service and clean.

The Oakwood is one of the hotels I stayed at most often when I was working in Kenya. The main problem with it is that it does not have a real parking lot.

The proof is in the patronage: Oakwood has been my go-to Nairobi hotel since I discovered it nearly 20 years.

I did not get to take pictures but the place was above average in terms of service. You can do better.

Location makes its atmosphere polluted, but the rest of the things are absolutely beautiful.

Their rooms are so clean and posh. Elevator present. Their hotel service to guests is amazing, polite, professional and helpful. Tasty food.

For the location and price this is a good safe place to stay for a week or so. Basic suites with most things working. Can just about do a bit of cooking but decent restaurant on site too.

This is a good place for Bed and Breakfast options especially if you're on transit with the buses to Mombasa, Rwanda, Uganda etc. I love their breakfast menu.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hot water really worked. The breakfast is well balanced with fresh fruits and juice.

Services are good, but the location is not conducive, but once you are in a hotel, you will enjoy to the fullest 😀

Great customer service. The place is organized well and the waiters are kind and very disciplined. Spacious parking. Safe place to be, security guards are also very disciplined.

Has the best Conference Hall for trainings at an affordable price in cbd.

Excellent reception.

It was a good place to chill and relax and the best thing was the view of the busy Nairobi city and the rooms were luxurious and the service was good. All in all had a great time.
