Eka is nice hotel on Mombasa Road. We use to have meeting on Mombasa road location. They have nice cafe and restaurant. To enable to make meeting without going to town u can use there.

One of the best hotel I stayed in so far. Lovely staff and high level quality standards. The only thing missing is free massage and I'll definitely consider asking for an Eka citizenship.

I had a very pleasant experience here thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff members. The hotel is classy and has amazing interior decor. Their menu is quite inclusive and has a large variety of foods, but I asked for 2items in the menu and they weren’t available and the waiter convinced me to have a meal which I didn’t really like. They serve both alcohol and soft drinks and this place has many foreigners. Overall it’s a quiet and serene place with good ambience.

No words to describe more. Just excellent in every level. My husband and I enjoyed our stayed there. Such good place to be. Thanks to all the staf for Such a wonderful services and attention. We’ve been there several time and the services is world class every time. The food. Is one of the best in Nairobi.

The rooms are exquisite and the other services (food, conference) are exemplary. More than surpasses similar hotels. They even give guests a free phone (post-paid and can call selected international destinations) to use during your stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. The hotel is close to the airports.

It is a beautiful place, I have been here severally for the ribs at the Spurs. The aesthetics is eye catching. Everything is on point. I will always come back. Not been to the rooms yet.

Nice conference facilities plus good meals. I liked the big fish they prepare and you just pick your piece from it. Looks So natural. However improve on the spare ribs (pork) as there were too many small bones.

We stayed one night as a family just to get to Nairobi. The next day we were going to Masai Mara by light aircraft so it was a simple overnight stop. Even so, we were surprised of the comfortable that it was the hotel security that he had and that we missed nothing. It was a short stay but very pleasant. Attention: to enter you must pass through a security checkpoint

Tip: it is a hotel not very well located although super xulo, what I would advise you to spend a short stay but you wish to be of luxury.

Top quality accommodation! Basic gym at no extra cost. Beautiful pool. Restaurant serves good food, I had to wait a but long for my order sometimes. Breakfast buffet is great, but is a bit expensive IMO.

Serene location and very good services. A hotel near the Airport and along the Highway. Security well maintained and very Proffessional Staff. Make a point.

I love love the breakfast they offer. They have amazing pastries. The staff is really polite. Everyone should definitely try their buffet.

Overall, the room service and actual Eka lodging was decent. My review is about my interaction with Matilda in Guest Relations. She was very rude and abrasive to me last week during my week long stay and completely ruined my experience at the hotel. The rest of the staff was great, it's just sad that the person in charge of Guest Relations is actually the person who made me feel the worst.

Good place. Mall next to it. One hour drive to the CBD. Good security. Ample parking space.

Classic Business hotel Right on the main street.

A very magnificent hotel booked one of my client into the hotel. Good meals and parotid view of mombasa road and the southern by pass overlooking the game reserve and totally tantalising will highly recommend for holiday and stay when one is in town just 8km away from the airport thus 19 minute drive to the airport and 27 minutes drive to city centre.

Very nice hotel, a beautiful and spacious room, a very good welcome and especially a delicious dinner, our best meal in Kenya.

First time there and I liked it. Dinner was exciting. The ambience felt like home. Definitely I'll make another vist.

The meals are super. Thursdays are the best days to visit because of their Eat all you can feature. I will surely visit again.

Love the ribs. Food is great, nicely cooked and generous portions, pricing for upper-middle class and above. Good service. Nice ambiance. However I suggest the keep kids from running about. It is a lovely place I would recommend to many.

Came Back… still awesome! They should say once you go Eka, you'll always go back. Lovely hotel! Shhhhh… we believe our son was conceived here. And this time we came with him walking! As before, the room was super clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff who helped us with luggage. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful. Many thanks to the chefs who went out of their way to prepare porridge for our boy. will remain our nairobi stopover hotel!

Not stayed in the hotel, but have been here twice to eat. Both times the steaks, and chicken and ribs have been awesome. The wait staff are polite and helpful. Reasonably priced but well worth it for the portion size and the food tasted great.

Best place I have stayed at in Nairobi. Modern touch — rooms remind me of those in the United States. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms have comfortable beds and showers have good water pressure. Wifi is also strong. Dinner was incredible — one of the best meals I had in a while.

My first time at Spurs restaurant and it was amazing. I enjoyed the food, the service the ambience. Will definitely come back.

A great hotel, nice and clean rooms. The room service is just amazing. The hotel has a no smoking policy but I really liked the room I had with an outdoor balcony like area for smoking.

Hotel European within Africa. Good rooms and good food in the outskirts of the capital.

Only The Spur Steakhouse serves non-hotel guests. The food is good and the portions too. The hotel itself is very pretty and peaceful with its various dining settings and stocked bars.

The food is nice you get full so fast. The hotel is so lovely, l admire it soo much, the swimming pool is so beautiful. Meatball was good but the spice was alot l end up eating one. Thank for good service.

This just deserves a five star. EXTREMELY SUPERB! … You guys should definitely check it out. Breakfast is amazing leave alone lunch and supper… never had a sleep in the hotel but let me tell you it is amazing. They even have a place for kids to play PLAYSTATION (2, 3, 4)

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff from the bell boys, front desk staff have lovely smiles and very helpful (Amina, Josphat and Sandra) and very professional. Good customer service standards in the hotel. Superb rooms and kind room attendant. It feels good to see such standards back here at home when you return back to the country. The breakfast was awesome! Lovely service at the restaurant from Michel and Adelaide. I would love to recommend this to all my friends who want to stay along Mombasa road near the airport. Keep it up!

Started off poorly and finished just as bad. The hotel taxi that came to pick me, left me out in the rain for 40 minutes while he "went to get the car. " I arrived at the hotel and they had no record of my booking even though I made online and had confirmation from their Reservations Manager of my arrival. It was very late now at this time and I had to catch an early flight the next day and just wasted 2 hours in these processes of when I could have been sleeping. The next morning, the same driver dropped me at the wrong terminal and then left as I had to walk in the rain to correct terminal. 2 stars as the room itself was ok, but the entire experience itself for the cost involved was very disappointing.

Lovely place, we didn't find anything off about the hotel. We spent one night at Eka before leaving for a safari, and we left some of our luggage at the hotel as we were to check in again after the safari. Our luggage were safely kept. Amazing staff, beautiful and clean swimming pool, good food and cocktails. Worth going back!
