I think the most clean and quiet hotel in the CBD at a very affordable rate of 2, 500 per night for a deluxe room with breakfast, courteous and helpful receptionists, the rooms are from 5th till 7th floor of the building so there are no noise from the Tom Mboya street, the lift is working well.

I stayed at the hotel on a late night when I was unable to go home. It was convenient since it is located within CBD. They have a website and you can book in advance too. However, the general standards if cleanliness were lacking. The bed spread was stained from white to a cream. The pillows, though covered in pillow cases were really dirty and stained and had a rather unpleasant smell. The towel offered had seen better days. Having newerr or even cleaner bedding would elevate the experience. Moreover, the hotel is located close to a bar and the noise bars you from resting if that's what you are into. I paid 2500 for the night and the location was the only thing that convinced me to do so.
