Place is near or at westlands which is the hub of nightlife in nairobi. Nice and short distance to town. Just five mins. Sadly the view is terrible, the location of getting there is a maze. And if you leave very early don't bother with breakfast they are not ready and you will burn valuable time as I did waiting for them to get you coffee or anything before leaving. Parking is a killer and the confusion is not worth it. But the rooms are great space and service was good.

Reception ladies are full of life! Kudos. Waiters OK… We could use some training on promptness and memory of orders… Great set up… don't get me wrong. I must go back.

3 star rated hotel. Bed was OK in terms of comfort. Tea/coffee, kettel & bottled water provided in room. Breakfast included self service, enough quantity, but quality reflected by 3 star rating. Essential house keeping in room needed to be reported to reception.

The hot water did not function properly. We had to be changed to another room. My friend's watch was stolen from luggage left at luggage storage after we've checked out. Nevertheless, the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Overall, I won't stay here again.

This is a really good hotel for business travelers. It's location is also a very convenient location. They have a good restaurant and also have a Meeting Room which can accommodate up to 20 people.

Excellent budget stay! Westend is really nice and greatly priced. Meghan and Joseph did a fantastic job with the check-in. The room was very clean so were the bedding. Room service was great and prompt. I would definitely go back! The parking though was smelly, I suspect dead rats. During checkout we had an incident where the security guard refused to let out guests claiming orders from an unseen boss. Some hooted furiously. I suspect some indian guy took mobile photos of me, which is outright wrong. If there was a problem, theft in one of the rooms I suspect, there are more civil ways of doing it. Eventually all were let out without any explanation!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Large room, large bathroom. Don't dilapidated. Staff friendly. The Wi-Fi is very good, which is amazing for Kenya. Minus one: The problem with hot water, the pressure is weak, you have to wait for 10 minutes until the flow at least warm and that for a while. The restaurant at the hotel is not bad in that case, if laziness to go somewhere: average prices (in area $10-12 for the second), unpretentious on structure (take better fish) and quality. Breakfast is average, but hungry do not leave: rice, scrambled eggs, beans, croissants, biscuits, 2 kinds of juice, coffee tea, sausages, chicken meatballs, milk, muesli, watermelon, mango, pineapple, melon. I do not know about the location: We were brought in the evening, took away in the morning, did not go outside. In general, I recommend, especially because the price is not high.

Nice, little, tucked place. The ambience is good, and the rooms tastefully done. The rooftop restaurant gives a breathtaking view of Westlands fast changing skyline.

Waohhh, a great place in the forestes westlands in Nairobi city.

We spent 2 nights there: even one in the executive doubleroom!. None of them were good. The reasons were: Really bad location. Poor English spoken. Helpful staff if tips exist. No mosquito net at all (see pictures what we did to avoid mosquitos get in and the ones were already in! ). Poor breakfast. Even complaining to the manager (Vivian) wasn't helpful. Avoid this hotel as possible.

This is arguably the cheapest hotel in Westlands area in Nairobi offering very good service and their rooms are good.

Location is key to this hotel. Near sarit and Westlands mall. Great price compared to the others in the location.

Its an out of town hotel in a serene environment. It's secure to travel to at any time of the day. There are very spacious rooms with a minibar at the disposition of the client. The food offered in this hotel is great.

Great views from the hotel's 7th floor and great service from hotel staff. Couple of parking spaces available in hotel's basement remaining floors are accessible using the lift and staircases.
