I have always liked this place but realised that the staff are very disrespectful to black clientele. I would stay away from staff members Chanice and Margaret. They are very rude and seem self entitled. At one point I was told the stAff wasn’t paid because of me. I didn’t get that as I am not part of the HR team or a member of staff of the hotel. I only chose to stay at the hotel due to its proximity to the places I visited. I made orders and didn’t get them specifically when Margaret and Chanice were on duty. I think the assumption that their treatment to clientele has no consequence is what makes these behaviours continue. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel unless you are willing to take a lot of rubbish. Staff needs to be trained on etiquette which I doubt they ever had any form of formal training!
