Le Savanna is a very good hotel in Kisumu, located out of town in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is equipped with a good restaurants, a swimming pool, a garden bar and several rooms ideal for accommodation and conferencing needs.

Very splendid place to stay at and their breakfast is so nice and thebhoapitality is do great.

Very expensive in terms of pricing of their menu whilst the standards do not meet the expectations. Poor service even when requesting for basic meals and staff seem to be going through the motions in their duties. They lack the personalised touch towards the patrons.

Great environment. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Their buffet menu is also a plus Great place to stay with an affordable rate.

The hotel is relatively clean and there's a nice pool. The rooms are not numbered but named after different fish — quite fun! It's quite close to the mosque so there's calls for prayer many times during the day, so that makes for a nice alarm clock if you want to wake up early and see what lovely Kisumu has to offer. We were able to take very nice cold showers, not many warm though. Not knowing when the hot water was going to stop added an element of excitement to the experience. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place, since the internet either does not work or is very slow. Food is available, as documented in the pictures. Different strokes for different folks! The beds are equipped with bed nets but I still managed to get bit three times on my thigh… Mysterious!

It's a nice clean place with good rooms (deluxe). Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This place should be your first hotel when you visit Kisumu. The food was fabulous. I love their fish and samosas. Wonderful breakfast. They have good Wi-Fi that got quite crowded during the day. The staff is amazing.

They have good filling breakfast. The new rooms are quite good.

It's clean and good service I will come again. Keep it up.

This was by far the most enjoyable experience… From the friendly staff to the wonder breakfast. I stayed in the newly renovated section and it was marvelous. It included air conditioning, a functioning toilet with a lavish bathroom/bedroom, and free Wi-Fi. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The place was awesome. Quiet for some down time with the family.

A small lodge and its OK, of late the hotel has expanded their rooms and accommodation, and they are decent.

Beautiful pace. Good restaurants. Lovely service. Just don't expect breakfast before 7am.

Still need work on customer service. Facilities are great for the price.

Let Savannah is a nice hideout for holiday or for meeting and chatting.

I enjoyed their meals. Pocket friendly food price. It was disappointing though to hear 4 staff at reception engage in mother tongue as we were leaving. The waiter (an elderly gentleman) was very professional and actually did proper handover by introducing us to his lady colleague as he left for the day. No music… especially on a Sunday.

Le Savanna country hotel is the best place to go with your family, friends and you can meet with your business partner.

Cleanliness has never been a problem before but there were a number of issues in various areas of the lodge, and in two different rooms. Breakfast is never ready at 6:30 am as advertised but this trip it was appalling late. Staff are very friendly and do their best but the upper management needs an overhaul. (April, 2017)

Nice place but have always found issues in room. They seriuosly need some maintenance work to be done.
