It's a very nice place to chill in, Good rooms and best food.

Deluxe room:
For the so called best hotel in town we were missing the luxury. There was a TV. Wi-Fi was slow and breaking.
Bath room facility: you didn’t really want to touch something. The shower needs 15m until it gets hot. There was mold on the bath tub and sink. This is a hazard for health!
Window: it was broken but as there was no wind or rain ok. But it should be easy to fix ☝️ glass.
Cleanliness: you didn’t really want to open cupboards or drawers. There was a hair which was not ours in the bathroom.
Steam bath : no one in Kenya or rest of the world uses wooden material in a steam bath, that is only disgusting and not hygienic at all.
Garden: the garden is nice and family friendly and chill to sit.
Breakfast: was disappointing, no real coffee and very little variety. The food was cold when we picked it.
Restaurant: we got nice food at 9:00 pm.
Parking place: very squeezed and too small, hard to manoeuvre in there.
Summary:
Overall the experience was ok, we were too tired to continue our travel. But for the best place in town or international standard they need to work very hard.

The rooms were very clean and well arranged.
The service were on time.
There is free breakfast.

A newly refurbished, clean and super comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and a quiet location away from noise. Balcony rooms are superb. A good restaurant serving great food. Thoroughly recommend!

A lot renovations and new buildings are completed. The location is good, just off the main road into Jericho town and is near Kericho Golf Club.

A nice Hotel for A staycation and was treated to a sumptuous breakfast.

Good service buy rooms need to be cleaner eg mould in bathroom.

We had an amazing time with our family. The rooms were good and spacious, and heated. Hot water available. We did half board and their breakfast and dinner was amazing. Very well prepared and diverse options. Even for a vegetarian you will be sorted. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is strong regardless of where within the hotel you are. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Very conducive for families and accommodates all ages (young and old).

Stayed here due to Tea Hotel being closed and not open till next month.
Service was brilliant.
Food was ok, maybe a little more care could be given to the meat as it was very tough.
Clean rooms although the bathroom was a little odd. It had a bath and then a shower head next to it but no door, just the shower head. Made a mess in the bathroom so it would have been better to have the shower head in the bath.
Dog barking went on all night but not the hotels fault.
Note that you must be married to stay in the same room and they do not sell alcohol.
Good base to visit beautiful Kericho. A tea plantation visit is a must.
