I have been to several hotels both for pleasure and business; but at BOMA INN Eldoret, I left there wishing I'd get the same feeling I received from them. A special mention to below for making it a stay worth remembering.
James — Receptionist.
Rodgers — Best Bartender.
Mercy Kimeu — Ever so bubbly waitress.
Dorcas — Very intentional in her service. Waitress.
Faith — Very soft spoken and caring. Waitress.
Brian — Always quick on his feet. Waiter.
Moses — Always greets you with a smile as he prepares the best pancakes for you — Chef.
Laban — The assistant head chef that leaves his station to come and check on how your liking the food.
Alice — Polite and sincerely interested in serving you. Waitress.
Geoffrey — Humble and you can really see his readiness to serve you.
Gideon — Talk of a leader that leads from the front; constantly checking in and always seeking feedback… supervisor.
These are all humans that made my stay a worthwhile one!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay, and the spacious rooms provided ample space to unwind. The staff, particularly the receptionists, were warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Boniface, the housekeeper, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always ready to assist with any requests I had.
One aspect that could use improvement is the bathroom. It was evident that it was in need of a major renovation, especially the wall shower. The outdated fixtures and worn-out tiles detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially during hotter days. However, the hotel did make an effort to alleviate this issue by providing a fan, which helped to some extent.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, although there was one incident that left a sour taste in my mouth. When I requested a double espresso, I was asked for my room number, which seemed unnecessary and slightly discriminatory. It was disheartening to learn that none of the other guests were subjected to this requirement. In my opinion, everyone should be treated equally, regardless of their beverage preferences. This incident did mar an otherwise pleasant dining experience.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the positives of the hotel outweighed the negatives.

Boma was kind to host me and my wife for 2 nites.
The staff and kind and check-in was smooth. Our zoom was spacious, stately, elegant & well finished with clean crisp white bed sheets. TV was rather tiny for this size of room. Bathroom was okay with a bathtub. Shower cube was tiny difficult to fit 2 humans🕺💃. I love the fact it had 2 sinks. We tried room service for dinner and we were very satisfied. Great speed and tasty food. Breakfast exceeded our expectations equipped egg, pancake, bacon and sausage station. Wide selection of hot and cold treats. Coffee was smooth and aromatic. Check out was smooth too. I woukd highly recommend.

I stayed at the Boma Inn for six nights in December. Overall, I had a good experience. All of the staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and hot items varied by day. The spa is small and a bit noisy because of the proximity to the gym but worth going to, if you're staying multiple nights. Laundry service was affordable with same-day return.
I took a star off because I had serious internet connectivity issues during my entire stay. This made it difficult to get work done, and despite many calls to reception and attempts by their IT person to fix it, the issue wasn't reliably resolved. Also, the bathroom was small/cramped and the temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit, making for uncomfortable showers.
I would reconsider the Boma Inn on my next visit to Eldoret if there were evidence of improvements in these aspects.

Overnight stay. Most things are fine, but the shower temperature control is very cumbersome. 　The location is very calm and cozy. Close to the bus station, called easy coach, 10 minutes by taxi. I recommend you download YEGO APP in advance.

Serene, quiet, very good gymn, friendly staff and good meals. Rates are affordable. Didnt try the swimming pool due to weather but I was tempted to dive in. Several big malls close by just on case you want to dine out.

What a five star hotel it is? Boma inn an hotel to be! I liked the service section as well as the environment part!

The facilities are amazing! The gym is well equipped. The food is also great with a variety of options. In comparison to other hotels in the city, It's definitely on the higher end but it's totally worth it! Every single cent of it is worth the services.

Awesome place to stay in Eldoret. Modern furnishing, good Wifi, beautiful rooms and good food from the restaurant. The staf are pretty great.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms and great staff.

I was impressed about their salad which had olives, capers, and fetta cheese with different kinds of dressing. The food was okay. I would rather order seperate menu than eat buffet because they haven't got many choices for buffet.

Was among the first 100 guests when Boma opened in Eldoret and it still remains a good place to stay. Rooms are clean but my room was infiltrated by cigarette smoke from another room. I feel standards have fallen and meals have fewer options. Not towards the average side but needs adjustment to reflect the 3 star status.

This is a 5 star hotel. Must be if you need accommodation, gym club and so many more. Kudos Boma inn!

The services were very good The rooms are amazing Your gym and spa is very much equiped and sufficient I had the most relaxing massage by Grace and you guys need to recognize that Unfortunately your food is very shallow. You need to add more varieties! Otherwise keep it up and keep improving.

One of the best hotel experiences you can get. Very clean room, comfortable bed, dining experience, health club (gym, sauna and steam bath) and swimming pool. I have been to this hotel twice now, once on a business trip and again with my family for leisure. One thing I heard all my kids say once we checked in the hotel suite was "wow, wow, wow"! My family had a great Christmas surprise. I would stay again.

It was Amazing but for a 5 star lucked some certain qualities but overall it was really nice.

I stayed there for two nights and despite some poor service at the bar which was later sorted by the restaurant manager Geoffrey (we got complementary lunch) I would say the general hospitality in the hotel is amazing. It's a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Eldoret. The food is also great! Thank you to everyone at Boma Inn.

Boma Inn can boast with their excellent service, friendly staff, and well kept facilities. I never experienced any problems, and staff were always willing to assist with even the smallest inquiries. I would definitely recommend Boma Inn when visiting Eldoret.

The service is the best at Eldoret and its environs. The prices represent value for service. Besides if I am contributing to the society through Red-cross I must revisit as much as possible.

Walking to this Hotel is the best thing. You see a lot of things and experience the cool breeze that you would surely miss while driving there.

This hotel is world class. The fresh food and drinks are excellent. The Staff are very polite. I loved their weekend buffet lunch. They accept all modes of payment. The only hitch is the cold pool. I highly recommend.

The place is great. Three times I have been here I find the checking in process tedious. The receptionist today almost turned me way saying my name was not on the list. They need to exhaust their checklists before bluntly telling a client that the name is not on the list.

This hotel measures up to better hotels around the world. It is probably the best (and most expensive) in Eldoret. We found only few lapses that did hardly diminish our overall experience. Parking is available inside the gated compound. Google Maps did not know the entrance and led us to the opposite side of the compound. Just look at the map and you will find the entrance.

Woow… To start with the very cool environment within and the surrounding area. Talk of food I can't say anything but rather keep silent because twaz actually top of it. The strategic importance of the place, away from town, free from noice is all I still admire about the place… Wi-Fi is all a youth can like it not to forget the cool reception… In general Boma Inn is soo cool and a place to relieve your mind while relaxing.

I find boma in as the best place with its best food, cool nature, polite & kind staff, best gesture from security team that indicates all is likely to be well. It's a place for high & medium class for a holiday, bed & breakfast. May you keep it up.

For non — residents the poolside experience is tame. The buffet consists of bland hotel food, and the barbecue is unimaginative. Probably warm-overs. This is Eldoret, people are used to fresh cuisine. Check out the Kerio Dreams for original, magnetic dining. The children playground is clearly an afterthought. And I expected JaMnazi Afrika the band. Found one-man guitar. He's very good, but I felt cheated. Perhaps my expectations were too high, I admit, but you don't seem to be trying at all for neighbours and non-resident visitors.
