Very friendly and helpful hosts. Indicated for those who want a peaceful stay isolated from town. No Wi-Fi or electricity. You can charge your phone/laptop on the common area (some sockets available) and there are solar lamps in each room.

Good birding. 35 species in 3 hours including the speciality, Crab Plover. Disnt stay on the camp which is basic and a little over price for what it is. Around where tourists visit there isnt any litter, but if you walk a little way from the eco camp you find rubbish everywhere so the locals really arent very eco friendly. One of the guys with a canoe harrased me constantly to take a boat ride. The true price is around 300 to 400 for a few hours.

Beautiful camp, great staff, food and accomodation. The tour through the mangroves was amazing. It is a hidden paradise and my favourite spot in Kenya!
