Cozy, not big hotel. All is clear. The name of the hotel fully justifies itself. I advise.
➜ If you need a clean, small, quiet, cozy, welcoming hotel, this is the place to be. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, clean, fresh linen, a bathroom with working equipment. Warm. The owner Aizhan is very friendly towards her clients. Mandatory breakfasts are always hearty and satisfying — easily enough until lunch. The rooms have bottled water, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, bags of coffee and tea, everything is included in the daily allowance. Upon request, we can also organize lunch and dinner. There is parking for cars. Everything is financially open, no gray schemes. Overall I liked it. If I have a business trip to Shymkent again, I will try to return here — to Comfort.
