Tried to climb the elevator. I had to change three cards. It took time. The staff is less welcoming than before. The beauty pageant died at the reception. Once before it was prettier with you.

This hotel can offer you good service, king size beds and delicious cusine. The only thing you need to remember — Renaissance is a business hotel.

Good hotel. The lobby area had been upgraded, they need to work on the dining room now. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. There is an outside terrace, that's good on a not so hot day. Location is great, nearby shopping.

Good International Network, very clean rooms, which have ironing facilities, bathrobes, slippers, tea corner, if you need something else, will bring. Good Restaurant, there is a spa and pool. Not far From the sea. The Only drawback-the Windows do not open.

Sorry for the night porter, know that the flight from Almaty to Aktau arrives late at night, and at the reception 1 manager-and so want to sleep after the plane, and otherwise all OK.

I put 3 stars with a very large stretch, the hotel has long been repaired and not updated, the furniture is all beaten and crooked, while fighting the prices as if they are just perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Once the conference was held there the organization was terrible, when we arrived at the place an hour before the event nothing was ready and had to personally engage everyone, that is banal not prepared even chairs.

Everything is fine, except for one detail. The glass steps on the spiral staircase are replaced by a simple particle board. In the eye rushes.

A magnificent view from the terrace with a quite exquisite music and some delicious food for gourmets. Strongly recommended place to pop into.
