Dirty, without water and a bathrobe in the room, with a non-working air conditioner and a drunk manager. Do you need it?
Apart from the location, there is nothing else to praise this hotel for.
Epic on many points:
— we settled an elderly man with a bad knee in a saaaamyyy distant room on the top floor. They refused to replace it, the room was changed only after correspondence with Booking
— there was no declared water in the room. An inadequate young lady at the reception named Polina at first stubbornly kept silent in response to questions, and then offered to go to the store for water. Later, a drunk (! ) manager named Vladimir appeared, who also replied that there had been no water for a month and no one except us had complained about it. Again, after correspondence with Booking, two bottles of water were brought, but this was the last time water appeared in the room for all the following days.
— there was also no bathrobe in the room, and the slippers were much smaller than the standard size — that is, not wearable
— the air conditioning did not work in the room. They promised to send a technician, but no.
— the room was cleaned once in 5 days.
— with all of the above, the hotel still requires a deposit of 25, 000 tenge per night — as a potential fine for smoking in the room.
In general, this is a disgusting experience and, of course, we will neither recommend nor return to this sewer.
