And I was horrified by the reception, the Kazakh girl had no upbringing, was rude, didn’t even answer normally, didn’t say anything, went into the elevator with the maid to show the room, it’s just terrible, like the maid stinks, it’s just terrible, it seems like an adult woman, you can say grandma, but the stench is damn shocking in the room It’s a dirty story, it’s not clear whether there are crumbs or dirt on the floor… But most of all, it was Van from the maid that killed me, I wonder if the hotel management even smells this? I just don’t advise Scourge to go there, it sucks!

Good evening, I was at your hotel from 11 to 12, I want to ask you that they pay little for a room for 18 hours, the towels are all tattered, torn, to be honest, I was shocked by this, I was disdainful to wipe myself off if they are shabby, you can’t buy new ones, you people pay money, the admin is boorish, the overweight Russian girl didn’t even get up from her chair, what kind of etiquette, no decency, pay attention to this!

I checked into the Iris hotel Almaty in the morning. The flight was long and late, so it took me a long time to choose anything. I noticed the old repairs right away, but nothing happens. They gave me a card, I opened the door, and from the threshold there was such an aroma as if a squad of truck drivers had been smoking in the room for 24 hours, although a fine of 20, 000 tenge was prescribed. I am asthmatic, I immediately went downstairs to change my number. I immediately noticed some kind of patch on the bed and some hair on the bed linen. There wasn't much strength to argue. Changed, fell, fell asleep. I woke up to moans/squeals in the neighboring rooms. I didn’t listen to this symphony, I went to the city, returned to bed, noticed a bug on the bed, and crushed it. I looked around the bed and found the second one. I wanted to move out immediately, but they asked me to stay in another room. I had a lot of things with me (overload), payment had already been made + it was night, I agreed. I was brought to the same smoky room in which I was originally settled. It was already starting to look like a mockery, I started looking for hotels nearby, in the meantime they slipped me another room. I checked the bed, everything seemed ok. I went to the shower, the shower was broken. I went to bed and looked at the ceiling, it was all shabby because it was leaking. Looks recent. I tried to sleep, but I couldn’t.

The worker there told me that the drinks inside the room is free, and in the morning when I was about to leave, she told me she never said that. 'Сок под телевизор, они бесплатно' that is what she exactly said. Had to pay for 2100 tenge only because I drank 2 bottles of juice. Scamming on foreigners 😂

Arrived late at night, the girl at the reception was nice. Checked into a family room. In the bathroom the hose is broken, the towel looks white, but if you look closely you can see the black marks. The calling phone didn't work, I had to go downstairs.

The hotel fully met my requirements. Coziness and comfort, delicious food and silence are all you need when you want to relax on a business trip. Kind with healthy. 🥰. The hotel was clean and quiet. Many thanks for your hospitality!

My husband and I arrived at night on November 20, we wanted to rent a hotel room for 30 thousand. The girl at the reception was rude, did not say hello, did not respond to us, and behaved rudely towards us. All your advertising is nonsense. I had to leave at night and look for an apartment in Orbit. Because of such employees and your prices, your prices are not worth it.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city which is convenient. The staff is polite. Stayed there in February, number of guests was low. Probably for this reason breakfast was not ready as scheduled at 7.30 am. Had to wait half an hour to have meal. The breakfast is pretty good makes you full 👍👍👍
