➜ Very upset attitude. There was always class and friends recommended. But for the first time it was necessary to refuse the certificate. So now they don't want to return the money.
➜ Just disgusting food. Everything is expensive, sushi is ancient, the fish in them are bitter. Dumplings are not tasty. Prices are simply inadequate for such a meal. I'm usually pretty unconcerned about inflated prices, because I understand that other options are closed Spa just yet, but it was just impossible to eat. Child ticket price is the same as for an adult, the child does not give any separate wardrobe, Bathrobe for children. What if take the money? Never replaced towels, then why is the price still the same? Chorus go with cheap old bathrobes and wet towels. The staff is indifferent ridiculously simple. Like sleeping all. Rest room for repairs in advance does not warn. Just awful. More than a foot. Compared to what it was before heaven and earth.

The service has deteriorated! 100% occupancy and this is during the pandemic. There is a queue for saunas and showers. In the pool with a whirlpool water of white-muddy color with dirty foam. Everywhere the strongest smell of chlorine before cutting in the eyes and coughing fits. You haven't been poisoned? I hope you'll make it right. Loved your rest. This time disappointed.
