Super nice staff. Food is decent — the meatballs dish is great. Watch out for the insane number of mosquitos! They give you plug in mosquito repellent MAKE SURE IT WORKS BEFORE YOU SLEEP lest you be eaten alive.
We stayed for one night and it was the worst hôtel of our trip in Jordan. Dana is absolutely wonderful and the village is lovely. Even the hotel was nice from outside. But… The room was filthy: dirty walls, molds no longer count in the bathroom, a silly sink with a broken faucet that leaked all night from the bathroom to the room. (Which did not seem to bother the staff when we reported it). One of the single beds collapsed for no reason in the middle of the night. Walls were so thins that it gave the impression of sharing the room of our neighbors. And forget a quiet night: dogs barked all night long (until 3AM) right next to our door. The manager of the hotel was very rude, not a word of welcome, not a smile. We really felt that "tourists" are taken for granted. Thanks to god, we stay a second night in the reserve in another hotel. There are much better alternatives a little outside the village for a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at the tower hotel, they can provide with dinner and breakfast if you ask them in advance. This is really useful because this wonderful town is small and you don't really have other options. They also have a shop to buy basics like biscuits and water. Wi-Fi is slow and only close to administration area but at least you have access to Internet for free. Town is a bit noisy because of the animals (dogs, donkeys…) But generally quiet. Rooms provide all you could expect and are nicely decorated. Shower doesn't have a strong stream but it works. We had a great night of dancing and drums with owners, however if you're worried about the noise, it ended up before 10 so everybody could sleep. Would definitely recommend.
