My family and I dined here in the buffet restaurant. We are strict vegetarians. We could not believe the great food the chefs cooked for us. Chef Ali arranged for us to be cooked some special dishes that were simply awesome. He was assisted by Chefs Ahmad, Khalid and Safwan. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Well done to the Holiday Inn for having such exceptional staff.

Great place for people who want to rest. There is about 150 m to shore of the Dead Sea. The service of this hotel is perfect in every way. This is due to the managers of individual parts of the facility, as well as, and above all, Front Office Manager Mr. Mohammed Khaled. Together with my wife we spent 2 weeks in this fantastic hotel. 14 days x 3 meals is a lot of work for the restaurant staff. Special thanks to Resmi Suratnadi and Eka Sukma. Thanks to them, every meal tasted even better. The girls were always willing to help, always nice and smiling (I always sat down with my wife where their work area was). The entire hotel has maintained a high level for years. Room service, pool service, service everywhere in this property deserves 7 stars.

Extra hotel, I spend two weeks there, everything was perfect, especially restaurant staff with two girls Eka and Resmi, they are polite and very helpful and always with smile on their faces❤️❤️. They coloured our days. 😍 I'm very satisfied with concierge who help me to find my beautiful sunglasses☺️I recommed this hotel. I hope I will back soon there.

Fantastic resort, many swimming pools answering various tastes, magnificent room space and furniture, most friendly staff, quick response to any request. Affordable prices for accommodation and other services compared to nearby hotels and resorts. Sure always recommended for families or couples.

On the shores of the Dead Sea, excellent location. The pool area and terrace, very spacious and pleasant. Excellent buffet.

I absolutely do not recommend. No customer service despite tons of emails sent, they make the dead. Lots of hotels around will be able to offer you accommodation of similar quality while ensuring real customer service!

One of the best Dead Sea Hotels, We came here for 2 nights with my friends, from the first point until the end of the vacation everything was SUPER. The security staff at the main gate was amazing they greeted us with smile and warm welcomeing, then they have escorted us to the special desk for check in, Checki in was very fast and they decsribed evey point for us. Our rooms were Clean Enough — Hand sanitizer and masks were available with good qualities and quantities as we got upgrade to sea view room. Breakfast and dinner " SUPER " the menus contain good food vareities and good atmosphere in the restaurant. Highly Recommended Wish you all the best and sure I will come back soon to enjoy more and more.

Every thing was great.

Great hotel, staff so helpful, lovely toiletries and if phone down you get extra comb, shaving cream, toothpaste etc. Water free and a few things in the mini bar free.

Worst hotel ever, worst service, worst staff, not clean,, they don’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction, rude rude rude.

This is a great hotel to stay in. Very friendly staff, but, during the busy times it can be a bit disorganised. The access to the beach is great with a few nice pools to chill by. Great buffet!

Hotel staff not helpful, they have to learn some manners and not send me from one desk to another when I need something.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The gentleman at reception was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Room, bedding and bathroom clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with all quality necessities. Lots of parking. Very peaceful night waking to the sounds of birds. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area I love the view and adored the view! Menu suited all tastes, waitress was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has large windows which look out onto some trees making it a lovely view to enjoy whilst enjoying the food and coffee. We had a wonderful two nights in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and pleasant furnishings. The views over the Dead Sea, if you’re on that side of the hotel, are spectacular. A memorable place.

Excellent customer service and great hotel, its super clean and quite, also have a good view, good hospitality I really recommend it for a great vocation.

A most beautiful resort on the famous, therapeutic Dead Sea, warm hospitality, delicious food and comfortable surroundings! This hotel is managed to an extremely high standard!

Lovely large room, overlooking the Dead Sea. Very pleased so far!

Arrived 3:30pm today. Were supposed to have a sea view, got a view of the car park!
Concierge took us to customer services who advised they would upgrade us to a better room but it would take 30 minutes. After 45 minutes we were given a room with a sea view, however it is far from clean. There are dirty marks on the sheets, floor and most surfaces, pictures attached.

Bad checking in experience, rooms not ready an hour after check in time. Few staff, more ppl than they can handle, rude reception staff also.

Wonderful hotel, all the employee's was great and helpful especially Mr. Ashraf from maintenance and Rabee and yazan from Maintenance, they are very helpful.

The facilities need some maintenance. In general everything was above average, the employees there were perfect, very polite and helpful. It's a great place for children.

Good resort. 4 km to the Shopping Mall. Very slow Reception. Good restaurants and bars. Swimming pools very clean, also the beach. Rooms spacious anf good. Recommended for short stay at Dead Sea.

Can't say for sure, there were a way to the dead sea on excursions, the food is good, the approach to the sea is uncomfortable, the mud is replenished regularly, the mirror, only 4 shower booths.

Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms and really easy access to the beach (only reason this gets any stars). Hotel is let down by the very chaotic and slow service including:
— women in our group were skipped over at the bars whilst men are served immediately, this happened more than once and by different staff
— timings given by reception incorrect, including entertainment start times
— tea and coffee not yet ready by the advertised start of breakfast, irritating when leaving straight away for the airport.
— ordering a drink 4 times over the course of an hour, every ask the answer was "2mins" only reason I didn't leave was because this was where the entertainment was.

Booked directly with the hotel. This is my second stay in this amazingly impressive hotel and my third stay since 2012. The hotel is very clean, excellent pools and almost the best beach at dead sea Jordan area. Staff is very friendly and did their best to make sure everything was up to the best standards. I will surely come back again and again.

Could of possibly been a 5 star if the check-in was not absolutely horrible. I travel throughout Jordan, stayed in wonderful hotels and hostels, that are way cheaper… and I came here for my last night in Jordan. Absolutely worst check-in experience I have ever had. Took way too long. The men behind the counter were helping multiple people at once. When it was my turn up I stood there and the man just looked down at the computer for 2 minutes before looking up to address me or help me. After a long process to check in. It took over 15 mins just to figure out if my room was even ready. I kept walking away and to the front desk and he wouldn’t say what was taking so long or if it was ready or not! He just helped other people instead. Extremely disappointed. Checked in 20 minutes AFTER 3pm.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The food is delicious. The service is good.

The pools were amazing the view was amazing. Many treatments like dead sea mud. Lifeguards are very watchful. Rooms are very clean. They even put out the soccer game in a room for people who wanted to watch. The dancers were beautiful. 10/10 would definitely come again. I love the workers they work very hard non stop and still are very respectful and sweet and will go above their need to help you.

We reserved a deluxe pool view room with dinner and breakfast for two days, the view was beautiful, room was clean, service was great my only complains is the dinner was only couple dishes and non of them taste good, the breakfast was little bit better but it not organized well, finally their food needs more effort.

The worst hotel ever, they are so far from Tourism culture, very bad and weak service, you have to pay for towels on the swimming pool, bringing any snacks to rooms is prohibited, what a shame, they need to learn how to deal with guests, not treating them as criminals. I will never recommend this hotel, it is under hundreds of questions.

There was a driveway in it. They brought on a tour to the dead sea, there was also lunch. All the food with spices is very spicy. The kids didn't have much to take. Rice, vegetables and fruits. You can't go down with a stroller to the sea.

The area the hotel is situated in is gorgeous, true beauty of nature. The hotel is also very nice and with excellent pools and spaces. However our encounter with the front gates security and staff was unbelievably unwelcoming and frustrating, we were given a price on the phone and something different at the gates… The staff wouldn't let us into the hotel unless we paid or booked a room, and after repeatedly requesting to meet with the duty or general manager it was not until we mentioned the customer protection force did they contact the front desk manager to meet us, outside in the rain. I had my family and in laws with me, it was not pleasant at all and I certainly don't recommend, but I haven't tried elsewhere.

Beach way to far from the Sea Very crowded and noisy on weekends because of day use by guests. Service around the main pool is slow eventually you get served. Our check in by the front office was very welcoming. Rooms where clean but there was a problem with flies and ants. But house keeping did there best to deal with the problem. Expected a buffet lunch but we got the set menu of 2 kinds of soups 2 kinds of salads & a choice of mix Grill or grilled Salmon fish. Now the biggest problem Was the amount of flies that attended our meal. All in all it went well.

High quality Hotel directly at the dead sea. Very good food and friendly atmosphere. Good for families with kids. Rooms of lower quality than 5 stars! Arabic guests are mostly young men — no fun for western woman in Bikini at the swimming pools.

Hotel on the edge of the dead sea. Good value for money.

We are newly weds visiting from Canada. Check in was at 3 but we got there by 12pm to make sure everything goes smoothly. First off, we paid my Visa and they tried to scam you us with the exchange rate. After we got our refund and set everything up. They said that our room would be available in half an hour. We finally got our room at 3! They were unbelievably organized. We don’t recommend this for honeymooners, or anyone for that matter.

Very nice hotel by the Red Sea, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are plenty of pools. There is an access to a private beach where you can smear mud and go to rinse in the dead sea.

The hotel is nice… clean. And the view to the dead sea is beautiful… I am most impressed with the hospitality here… at the buffet met Mr Deepak (from nepal) … The chef. Who took extraordinary care of me and my friends… He sensed we needed fresh indian breads to compliment the food. He was more than happy to offer and make it for us. The care was very genuine and we were touched with his hospitality. Also Mr Bashar at the checking was very helpful. For the entertainment. Belly dancing was organised in the hotel. The dancer was really good and the best belly dance I have seen till date.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night during our Easter holiday. The hotel was lovely and clean, however the adult only pool was closed for some reason and the bar area with a view of the sea was closed for maintenance. Obviously this can't be helped, but seemed odd as we were told throughout our time in Jordan that this was 'high season'. The beach was nice, and meant we could get straight into the water. The lifeguards were helpful, providing fresh water (because you cant touch your face when your hands are wet from the sea) and taking pictures for people who asked. Also, swim then mud not the other way around.

A good resort on the shore of the Dead Sea especially for families with Children.

Very good hotel. Although totally isolated, you can only be there, but you have everything. Included the bath in the Dead Sea on your private Beach.

Excellent location and a lovely hotel. Restaurant on site if wanted. The hotel has its own. Access to the dead sea and provides changing/ wash facilities. Easy to get to from the airport (roughly 1 1/2 hours).

The place is a pass. Very good Facilities. Well-equipped rooms and buffet breakfast: There is more food than you can ever IMAGINE. Also, absolutely all the employees were incredibly friendly and understanding with Us. I loved it. I recommend it to Everyone.

My stay was cool, I recommend this hotel for families with children, the room space is fair enough with a sofa bed. It was very clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. My reservation was upgraded from standard room to pool view for free, thanks to the guy from IHG rewards club desk It was a good deal for me. The breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is that the pool towels are obsolete and expired, should be changed asap.

The Holiday Inn is our absolute favourite among the hotels on the Dead Sea. It is very tasteful, has style, is very clean. The staff is not only polite and helpful but always friendly. The kitchen is top and it always tastes fabulous. And the price/performance ratio is right. We have tested all the hotels and would only choose this one.

Fantastic Resort: New, cared for in detail and with super cuisine! A power outlet is missing, but it is a surmountable with an adapter.

The air condition was not working properly. So the room was warm considering the weather… Other than that the stay was cool.

The first hotel along the road when coming from the North of Jordan is Holiday Inn. It has great rooms, pools, spa, a nice outdoor area to hang out, great breakfast, all in for a good stay. Love that it has a private beach to the Dead Sea. Jordan side of the Dead Sea has the sunset view so you can try to be at the hotel to catch the sunset.

Amazing hotel, one of the most beautiful and comfortable in who I was. With its private beach on the Dead Sea, its swimming pool decorated with bridges that cross them, and its spacious rooms, it is a place worth visiting. To this is added the EXCELLENT breakfast, the good care of their workers, so spacious are the rooms and the Spa services available. The bar at night next to the dead sea to smoke shisha and drink is ideal: fresh air, panoramic view, good music, and to DJ live.

Very good facilities, very clean, very attentive, but not friendly! Opening hours of restaurants closes very early and very expensive and bad the firm night.

It is a very beautiful place with excellent location but unfortunately we had an experience not so pleasant with the cleanliness of the room. Going to issues nice the buffet is excellent attention from your staff good.

They feed almost on European. Unlike most hotels, the menu has meat. There is a private exit to the Dead Sea.

Really nice hotel, rooms are clean and a good size. That there is a private beach is ideal, however there's not a lot of shade so definitely wear a hat! staff are lovely. Food options are ok.

The hotel was nice. Big pools and a good dinner and breakfast. Also the prices for lunch at the pool was good and the price really good. The rooms are big. Unfortunately the bath is a little bit old and the room air is to wet — so it smells a little bit. The staff was friendly. The entry to the death sea is good, only some stones at the "beach". In the hotel is a atm — the fees are a little bit higher than outside.

For those who offer costs too much.

Spent a day at the resort. Great dead sea experience. Cocktail drinks are great especially the frozen lemon margueritas. A lot of choices when it comes to pools. Some pools are kid friendly while others are strictly for adults. Great choice of music. Atmosphere in general is nice. Also tried the buffet lunch which was really diverse and good. Drinks are not included in the buffet. Would have expected to have salmon or seafood at a 5-star resort lunch buffet. In general it's highly recommended whether for families with kids or couples. The only inconvencie was at the entrance whereby it seems that during weekends (Friday and Saturday in Amman) the resort is only accessible to families and not to single males which was weird.

I was there only 1 day and didn't take a room or breakfast so I don't know what's like. But it was a great and amazing time I spent there. The access to the beach and the beach are very good and the mud bath is great too. There are a few swimming pools and they are all very nice. Some of them have relaxing music that gives a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is good and the food is very tasty. The only things I didn't like are the stones in the dead sea because it's hard to walk and the water in the pools is too warm and not refreshing. And of course it's very expensive. I would come back again.

It's the 6th time I go to Holiday Inn. I choose it because I'm looking for child friendly swimming pools and holiday inn definitely meets that. The children pool is shaded, the infinity pool is warm always. The food is good. What I don't like is the loud music at the open terrace at night. It's so loud and noisy, and it stays til midnight. Another drawback is that swimming pool start at 8 in the morning and close at 7 pm which is too early. In the dead sea where the temperatures are so high most of the year sometimes you cannot swim at noon. So an evening swimming pool would be great to have. The infinity pool used to open til 11:00 pm before but now it closes at 7:00pm.

Good location. Nice entrance to the sea. Nice restaurant. The food is very good and the Servirovanno in the restaurant. Very few people have Ramadan. It's only time to drive.

Where do I start… Prior to check-in: The booking process (done directly with the hotel) was complicated and quite difficult. When I requested that the sea-view suite I got gets the king bed replaced by a twin bed, the response was that the hotel is full (?! — mind you, I attached my booking along with the request) During our stay: 1. When we first got into the room, it did not look cleaned thoroughly, but it was around 2 AM at that point and we weren't bothered to ask them to send housekeeping to our room. Afterwards, every time housekeeping came to clean the room, a very (very! ) poor job was done, it barely looked like it was tidied up or cleaned 2. The furniture was old, damaged, and very clearly dirty. The couch had stains, the bed sheet as well. The chair had a cigarette burn. The wall on the balcony was carved into by one of the former guests. Facilities within the room were faulty, e. G. The shower nozzle was broken. Even the bathroom walls didn't escape vandalism, they were smeared with paint and cement 3. The stink of the rooms and the hotel (presumably due to it's proximity to the Dead Sea) was hard to bear. 4. The room service… Oh lord! Every time we called to order anything (whether it's a cup of coffee, a meal, or even a bottle of water) we would have to wait at least 30 minutes to get a call back to confirm our order by room service, then wait another hour or so to get the actual order.

Enjoy the camel and horse rides with local bedouins in the rocky Deadsea shores.

Great hotel with great facilities. The buffet at the main restaurant has a great selection of international food. We were lucky to have a room facing The Dead Sea so all in all great experience.

Nice rooms, cool pools and with its own small beach to the dead sea… but the flies… they were everywhere! In the room, in the restaurents and even the beach. Could have done with fly tape and the uv bug zapper but did not see a single one. Spent a lot of time killing the bugs in my room as you could not sleep with all that buzzing around.

The food was awful, bad service, low class people, no house keeping and not clean at all.

This is a beautiful property. Dead Sea beach and access was lovely. Three big pools to chose from if you don't like the minerals, but give the sea a try anyway. It was fabulous. Came as part of a tour, would like to have stayed longer. Used lounge, dining and business areas while there and all were good. Food was so-so, but our tour operator booked us for the cheap buffet. Two are offered and I should have tried the better one. Worried about travel to Jordan? Don't be! Jordanian people were warm, friendly, helpful. Security is appropriately maintained but not intrusive.

Excellent, been twice now and love it. The only drawback is the price of the food, 21jd per head although kids under 12 do eat free and the food is very nice. Great large covered kids pool to avoid the blistering sunshine. The dead sea is great.

Awesome heated pool is the one nearest the beach and stays warm until 11pm. Great cafe to watch sunset from and of course you can walk down to the dead sea. Had an excellent stay.
