Honestly one of the best hotels in Amman!. The service the staff the cleanliness is all so great. The breakfast was good, Chef Naqaa alsmadi has done some amazing job.

The bowling alley offers a fun and relaxed environment that’s suitable for families, friends, or casual outings.

We were amazed with the hotel great hospitality and service! Everyone has been doing great job. More appreciation for Odai and wadeea for their kindness and concern to any request we have asked for!

I cannot praise the hotel staff enough. They went out of their way to help us with our crappy rental car. At 4am in the morning, they found jumper cables and another car to start our broken battery.

It is worth it. There are much lower quality hotels around the world within the same star range, but this one is really good.

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel. We'd booked the West Luxury hotel but they messaged and asked if we could change to this hotel with no extra cost and we were very happy.

We have just stayed 4 nights in the hotel and we had a fantastic time. The rooftop bar and the pool area were great. The food was excellent, however, the greatest part were the staff.

One of the nicest hotels all around in Amman. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and clean. The service is impeccable — staff are professional and courteous without being obsequious.

The room is spacious and clean. A decent option for a short stay.

The breakfast inclusion was amazing. The little quaint restaurant was so nice and the workers absolutely kind and helpful. They were definitely the highlight of our mornings.

Marriott in Amman is rather old and the common areas look like they are in need of a face lift especially given the price we were paying.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

I don’t usually post reviews but this hotel was so worth every penny, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming, even helped with giving us places to go, and the rooms were really clean and spacious.

Great hotel, the breakfast is good but without many options. Location is also good, but don't expect going by foot to downtown or other activities, it's very hilly and not walking distance.

Spent 2 nights here, the location was great, the rooms were great. Smoke in the lobby from the nearby restaurant was a reminder that in some parts of the world you can still smoke inside!

We were impressed by the architecture and outdoor areas of the hotel.

My husband and I loved our time here. The experience of covering each other in mud from the Dead Sea and floating in it for the first time was so much fun! And our skin felt baby soft for days.

We had a great stay here. We were upgrade to a suite with a separate living room and kitchen! There was a balcony from which we could view the mall. Separate shower and tub.

Would like to leave an excellent review for Toledo Hotel. The facilities are very comfortable and spotless, but what truly makes this place special is the people.

When visiting Amman, I would definetely recommend staying in Beit Ahlan. I had a really pleasant experience.

Fantastic stay at Beit Ahlan. Beautiful garden area, kept very clean. We had wonderful Jordanian breakfasts here most mornings and they made whatever we requested.

We stayed here as part of a group tour and were quite honestly a little dismayed on first impression. However, we ended up having a really good stay.

Amazing Hotel. 10/10. The service was a bit late but I understand as they were heavily booked and busy. Shower especially is really good. Room cleaning is fast and efficient.

It was a pleasure to stay in this cozy hotel for one night before heading to Airport. The hotel's service is very nice, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
