At first, when I entered the hotel, I found there was a scream between a customer and the hotel Employee for a small amount of money. I didn't care and said I must keep a positive card. I had booked a room for 3 people and found that there was only a big bed. I asked for another bed the first time The second time and he did not come and then came the fourth time at 8 pm, that is, five hours after we entered the room, with regard to the room, there are no batteries in the remote control, the water heater does not work and the phone does not work, I asked them to replace it, but they ignored the matter, I had booked my stay for a period Two nights including breakfast and dinner, and when I came, I made sure of the reservation and they assured me that my reservation includes breakfast and dinner. I was surprised when entering the restaurant for dinner that my name and the name of my friends in the room were not in the list of names included in the dinner. To you that it includes dinner, I had to pay dinner for the two nights with 15% discount on the bill value to be honest, after it turned out that the company responsible for the trip did not include dinner and did not tell me and the hotel also did not tell me that when I came even though I asked the staff, the staff Some of them are very nice and some are bad in dealing, the service in general in the hotel is very bad, I have visited Aqaba several times and most of the five-star hotels in Aqaba, but my experience in this hotel was the worst without any competition!
