We have room 105/excellent position but the quality of bathroom was terrible. In shower is lot of mold. Furniture old, minibar is a joke. Last day we found a cockroach in the bed. Food not variable. Not a 5stars hotel…

Excellent service, nice staff, good room service, clean rooms with a great view, multiple choices of swimming pools and quiet sitting areas.

I came a lot to this hotel, but last time I will be here because the Staff and security was very rude, I was eating a sandwich and they throug it away and kept me outside in the sun I requested to eat in the resption but they refused. I thought it's 5 star hotel!

At first, when I entered the hotel, I found there was a scream between a customer and the hotel Employee for a small amount of money. I didn't care and said I must keep a positive card. I had booked a room for 3 people and found that there was only a big bed. I asked for another bed the first time The second time and he did not come and then came the fourth time at 8 pm, that is, five hours after we entered the room, with regard to the room, there are no batteries in the remote control, the water heater does not work and the phone does not work, I asked them to replace it, but they ignored the matter, I had booked my stay for a period Two nights including breakfast and dinner, and when I came, I made sure of the reservation and they assured me that my reservation includes breakfast and dinner. I was surprised when entering the restaurant for dinner that my name and the name of my friends in the room were not in the list of names included in the dinner.

Very bad hotel, very rude staff and unorganized. They just take money without giving you room! They are very rude in their actions. Don’t don’t DON’T book with them. Unfortunately very bad experience with them. Very dirty hotel, 5 stars the least it would be clean! The lobby washroom is soooo dirty…. Bad and rude hotel and staff.

I can’t believe this is a five star hotel! That has to be changed! Dirty rooms, horrible horrible breakfast buffet! Staff are obviously untrained and don’t know how to provide a five star service! Its crazy that people pay a five star price and end up getting a three star service at best! I don’t recommend Ill never ever come back again and I wish the rating of the hotel changes to what it should actually be!

1. Hotel bathrooms was so dirty without cleaning and bad smells 2. Staff Attitude was very bad and unrespetful especially dinner buffet supervisor, towels incharge, reception team 3. No ane answer calls or provide help when you call room service 4. Water is very costly 3.10 JD per bottle and pay cash only!, we wait more than half hour to get it also. 5. Dinner buffet without any drinks water or juice 6. Dinner buffet with very limited choices and very poor 7. Swimming pool is dirty, pool toilets so dirty without tissues with bad smells 8. Aziab resturants toilets very dirty without cleaning for two days 9. Room was so dirty with dust and hair on ground, fallen curtains, curtains have yellow dirty marks on it 10. Room toilet shower hot water is not working, floor tiles are so old with holes 11. Buffet dinner without main course for the second day, they use old vegetables also, you feel that food is old and reused 12. The worst thing in this hotel is the unskilled staff, they are very lazy and unreponsible 13. The general comment for all areas of this hotel is uncleanness and bad staff attitude.

Bad Experience Not recommended at all! The car parking is small enough and you should park your ride on the side way out of the hotel The receptionists are not professional and they are not polite with the customers The bathroom is not convenient for Muslims.

From a very personal recent experience, I must say that this was the worst stay in any hotel locally or abroad. First of all most of the working staff lacked kindness. Second, very late and poor service, I mean my husband and I had to wait 6 hours to get room service, after we actually called them twice and even went to the reception to ask for it. Eventually we were able to reach the night manager but sadly that hardly got us any help, even after we requested that the management contacts us, we haven't heard of any one yet.

Actually very bad experience Waiting more than two hours and bad behavior I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel and I will not come back again also, we ask them to make late check out for one hour just and they didn't give us that. I booked 4 rooms and I was with my friends from outside of Jordan And they was upset.

Pleasant experience and great value. I spent one night here and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. Ahlam who checked me in was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and beach very nice for swimming.

Was in March 2020. In the hotel we arrived at about eight o'clock in the evening. Check in was quick. We were given room keys. The location we were looking for ourselves, because none of the staff we weren't followed. Thank you to the guests who for several days rested and well-focused. Visited us in "the asshole of the world" with a beautiful view of the dumpster and the road (in the entrance). The view from the window was of the sea. The room was cleaned disgusting. The impression that the floor was only washed in the bathroom. Shower cabin was leaking so after a shower to the toilet we "swam". With the weather we were not very lucky, a few days was rain. As well as in the transitions there is no roof, the water stood ankle deep and flowed in numbers. Pools almost pure, but we did not use them. Only child, which was heated and at night it was covered. Animation on the beach and in the evening is so-so. My daughter loved the children room and animator Oksana. Happy running back. About the restaurant won't write, because here everyone has different tastes, hungry definitely not stay, but every day the same. Lots of pastries and desserts, but no fruit. Very sorry that because of the coronavirus has canceled a tour to Petra, because it is unlikely to decide to pay another visit to this country.

The worst hotel ever. The had a problem with the AC and I had business guests. They refused that I meet them in a more comfortable area unless I pay on each guest. They were not helpful or hospitable. It was there problem and they should have solve it. They literary kicked us out. Trashy.

We spent a long day at the Mövenpick (Beach pool ans spa). And we enjoy More calm than the Mövenpick Resort in town, nice restaurant beside the pool And above all Really spécial and modern spa! … We spent a lot of Time there from 4 to 8 enjoying every room Massage by balinese woman Really good.

Very nice, helpful, polite stuff. Welcome drink on arrival, 4 member helped us to get to our room:) Spacious, well thought, clean rooms, big bed, super terrace with sea view. Huge, well maintained resort. Private pool with nice garden/ every 4 rooms. Close to beach. Restaurant, shops, playground, snorkeling, etc on resort. We absolutely love it! :)

The worst hotel I ever seen, nothing is working in the room, this hotel is making me doubt about the stars system, how in the world this hotel is 5 stars, no way their should be something wrong! Never go threre again. But I have to mention that the staff were nice, breakfast was very good.

The hotel service is the worst I have seen In any 4-5 star hotel. We brought in some sandwiches and snacks in and at the security they said No they said that they don't know what could be inside. And we ordered coffee and the coffee came in half and 1/4 more of it was on the plate and before he got in it spilled. And we. Wanted a other bed, some more drinks and towels. Guess what it came 1 hour 30 mins later. The floor was very dirty too. But it's clean that's the good thing and the pools and ocean is nice and breakfast was good.

I don’t even feel like I deserve to be here. I messed up. The other day I dropped not one but TWO glasses that belonged to the hotel. What did they do? Did they charge me? Did they reprimand me? Did they shake their head? I’m not sure yet, no, and no. I can tell you what they did do. They CLEANED IT UP! Very nice staff. Very nice Sea. Love it! Great. I do have to say one thing, though. The music is repetitive to say the least. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a purgatory because I listen to the same Peruvian wind chimes at all hours of the day. Take this as you will. Also, keep an eye out for a man named “Tito. ”

Were in this hotel 10 days from 24.06, we loved ALL! The room was cleaned every day, the staff are very friendly, the food. Yes food like everywhere else. You don't want to, but on the fifth day of borscht and herring hunting. The whole menu is ok, quite varied, if you go for a week, even super kitchen. The grounds are buzz, lots of pools, clean. The biggest plus of hotel animation! The guys are good. Especially Sasha, my 4 year old son fell in love and said let's take her to Moscow. Sasha, thank you so much for your attention and care! Of the cons — — could still clean the beach and sprinkle sand, well, or just the entrance to the sea to throw. Stones. And it's a pity you're coming out, and you're out around. There's nothing in there. SovsEm. In general, I recommend, if you are a seal without a slab, then go!

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need to rest is available. Sun, sea, beach. Who likes to swim in the pool, please. The area is big.

Beautiful hotel on the edge of the Red Sea. Beautiful rooms, comfortable room and clean. All comfort. Staff very nice, smiling and helpful. I recommend + + + + +. Why does Google indicate this site as permanently closed? It is however well open today Saturday 05 may 2018.

Nice place, the beach is amazing, the rooms are nice, the cleanness of rooms is above average, it's not very clean as 5 stars should be. I didn't like the way they respond to guest requests when I call the reception by phone line from my room, every time when I need something I had to call the reception two times to remind them what I've been asking for, one of the times they didn't come at all to fix the door of a shower box, it was literally falling off from the top, I had to carry the door when I want to open/close the door to take a shower :/

Were in hotels since 28.01 to 08.02.2018 Year. We are glad that we got to this hotel because it is responsible for the price and quality. We were not particularly picky to the room although wanted to change to a wider view of the sea. For us, the main thing was to take from Jordan all it is famous for, namely Wadi Rum, Petra and 3 in one. The excursions we took through the local on the port where the yachts. All 3 excursions are very interesting in their own, a week little to visit all.! I wish you to relax and visit all the excursions. )

I booked two rooms in last november for me and my family. Although this hotel has a good location, good breakfast, nice beach view and good design, we suffered from dirty rooms, unfriendly staff and slow service. Although it was a sunny weekend, my children could not swim at the kids pools because of the cold and unwarmed water.

This is a nice place to go if you want to enjoy the sea and do some swimming without paying much. The rooms are clean, and the swimming pools are great. Yet, the food is average and the buffet is always very crowded. The hotel seems to have a problem with room management (maybe due to a bad choice of booking software, or the lack of coomon sense by the recepionists). For example, I booked a room with twin beds and at the reception they gave me a room with a double bed. This issue took over 3 hours to resolve during my last visit. That issue occurred in 3 of my 4 visits to the hotel.

Very nice place to relax. I hope this all inclusive problem has been solved.

The hotel is really dirty, towels and bed sheets are dirty. The couches and lobby furniture smell of body odor. We went to check in at the hotel at 4:00 pm and waited till 5:30 to get the room. Reception staff are very unprofessional and every time I ask about the room, they ask about my name again and again, I told them my name over 10 times before checking in. We had 3 suites reserved in the hotel and we are 3 couples, every time we leave the hotel and come back the security at the door stop us at the gate and prevent us from getting in, although we provide them with the room keys, room numbers and family names. The second night the security had us waiting outside the gate for over 20 and only let us in after they pissed us off and we started shouting at them and still lead us to the reception were they had to check out rooms and names for the third time in 2 minutes. They were claiming that we don’t have any Jordanians or Arabs staying in our hotel, after talking to the manager on duty, there were actually 8 rooms that had locals just like us in the hotel. The hotel is full of Russians that pay 50$ a night for 3 meals and open bar, we paid 225JDs a night (320$) a night for Bed and breakfast and we get this kind of treatment. Also breakfast is from 7-9:30, where in the world does a resort hotel end the breakfast at 9:30?

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, every detail at the Radisson Blu was mastered to perfection. Professionalism and style at it's best. The stay was one I would recommend. I loved the welcoming, the room, the staff and the pools.

Hotel in the Bay of Tala Bay, which has any corals. The hotel is clearly of a very average level, reception below average, problems are solved only if every day pressure on brains! The restaurant does not have a lot of food, cook not bad, but almost every day-Groundhog Day: Chicken, fish, a little meat. The bay has everything for life, shops, exchangers and you can buy excursions in the company wonders. The hotel can not recommend, but if you got here, then I wish patience!

The hotel is positioned on 5 *, but pulls only on 3 *. Food wavy, no meat, except for dry chickens, alcohol only local vodka and beer, service No, dirt is not cleaned, linen is not changed, towels are not asked. On Thursday come the Arabs huge families with children for the weekend, Stoke, screaming.

The grounds are large, green, cleaned once in 2 days, replenishing the mini-bar tea-coffee-sugar-soap-water every day. To the airport-35 min. Check in at 16! Departure at 12. Since the airport is military-it is possible to fly not from Aqaba and from Amman. Food-in principle without problems that the heart desires. But without mutton and pork. All inclusive-only evolving! But there are cafes, and in Aqaba local McDonald's. The service staff of the Russian does not know, but the broken English catches up. Beach. On the territory of their 2, the sand is not enough. I have reserved 2 rooms at 1st Sep to 4th Sep, I reserved it a SEa View rooms, so when I reached there I found the BADDEST welcoming ever! I took my rooms keys and they did not send anybody to accompanying me to lead me to rooms, I spent more than 10 mins just searching for my rooms, when I accessed to my rooms, I was shocked they did not give me a SEA VIEW as reserved, and they gave me the lower grade, so icalled the Reception to solve that, she told me "OK WE WILL SEE", after 20 mins nobody reached or called me, so I called the Reception again they did not picked up, and after that the line was BUSY all the time (FIRST TIME I SEE A 5-STARS HOTEL WITH BUSY RECEPTION LINE ALL THE TIME), so I went down there to see them and talk to any manger over there, and I found a manger, and I told him about the BUSY LINE, so he looked at her and said to her "YOU START DOING THIS AGAIN WITH THE GUESTS?!?!? ", I was really shocked again with that. So they told me we do not have a SEA VIEW rooms at the time, we will shift you later! However I told them ok I have nothing to do with that! I Spent more than 6 hours on the way to here and my family were really tiered, please refund my money back and I will leave this place, they told me sorry we cannot refund you anything! Anyways they reached with a solution with me, but I wanst happy with that at all, but what could I do my family were with me and I have no choices, so I accepted anything! BADDEST THE EVER!

Great view and a relaxing view of the red sea … water sports available … shisha service is good … very quiet during weekdays & not very crowded during weekends … fun team on premises is energetic and restless.

Horrible stay there. Not enough sun loungers and no enforcement of the rules on not reserving them with towels. However area around the pool is nice. Beach is rocky — my friend cut his foot on the rock. Food is expensive. Would like to see if other hotels in the area are nicer.

Very nice location, had a visit in November 2011 which is was a little bit cold. If they are keeping the good work, I advise to visit.

I am currently staying there (26th march 2016, service is terrible food takes two hours to arrive. During breakfast today, they ran out of cups for tea and glasses for juice. Staff are overworked and under motivated. This hotel does not live up to its 5 star status.

Loved my stay here. When I didn't like what was on offer for the vegetarian meal the chef made a very tasty meal just for me. How generous was that.

Good hotel. But I have a lot of negative points as 5 star hotel: Bad security in the hotel. Few camera and very few security guards. I lost some minor things there Good food but bad service. Specially at breakfast. No enough resources. Maybe that happened due to 100% occupancy Regular shuttles to airport and city are good. But so few. Looking for more Beach is so dangerous full of stones. You have to use shoos to swim in the beach.

Was there some years ago. One could ear the paint dry. Being that new all was outstanding. Not a single "but". Highly recommend it. Definitely will be back if I go to Middle East for holidays.
