My experience with cafe Italia was bad in three visits in a row maybe the reason because I come in the three times with my kids 9 8 and 5 and they don’t welcome kids and claim that the tables are all reserved in the last time. I went to a Resturant next to them and sat for around an hour and the table they asked me to leave was still empty If you don’t serve kids put a sign please.

The facilities are large and comfortable and the breakfast is adequate. However without any comment I didn't get my deposit returned and I have received no answer for the emails I have sent, the staff onsite was completely misleading.

Good service. Nice and good staff they have… satisfied for their service. Friendly service staff. Highly recommended.

Ferfect location, near mall, full facility, front desk reception very friendly, the large room and family room too with terrace, very very cleanless, restoran so very much chose for food, its very deligious teste… not enough the time to sleep there, very recomended for traveller.

I visited the hotel twice last year and my experience was excellent. The staff made it amazing they decided to upgrade my room to suite each time.
The place is very nice and the service is professional.
Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and was very impressed. Breakfast was great and the waiters are very attentive, especially Edwan at Margeaux restaurant. House keeping was also very good and Najeh made a point of asking everyday what I wanted doing. He was very thorough and professional. Great complex with everything you would need including duty free shop for alcohol and perfumes. Would definitely stay again. Lois UK.

Very clean hotel, nice view and very well located. The staff is super friendly.

I was in Hotel for a business trip, and I was there for about 1 week. My observation is as follows: 1 — Room was absolutely dirty. 2 — I noticed that when I used soap or half of Shampoo for example today, tomorrow of that day, they close the shampoo and put for me to be used the rest. The same way for soap. They were not putting new shampoo and Soap. And when I asked cleaning service manager why you don't put a new shampoo, and your staff are not cleaning properly, the manager said " It is policy of hotel regardless the customer is paying for the next day". 3 — Reception staff were very polite, professional and helpful. 4 — breakfast staff were very polite, professional and helpful. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody!

I stayed there for a month it's the best experience and I will come back as soon as I travel to Jordan again.

Chic apartment hotel, where you really feel comfortable stay. Our apartment was 2 bedrooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, 2.5 bathroom, 3 TVs, full kitchen, washing machine, dining table, a store, huge balcony, underground parking and the list goes on…. The hotel apartments are located on the Abdali Boulevard which is one of the modernist area in Amman. Also next to the Abdali Mall in one end Amman Rotana Hotel.

Superb service at this hotel especially the Cafe Italia crews… very friendly and they easily can remember your routine and being proactive on the floor with the guests. This is my 5th visit in Amman and 3rd stay with Rotana At Boulevard Arjaan. I simply can give all crews with 7 stars of service. My stays were in May, November (2017), and now from Jan 10-25, 2018. Keep it up!

The hotel apartments are very good, breakfast is full of all options, staff are very helpful.

I've lived at the Arjaan for about 5 months and unfortunately my stay comes to an end tomorrow. The room was by far excellent. It was big and spacious. Room service was also very good as well as the waiting staff. My room was cleaned everyday and very sanitary. The housekeeper that personally tended to my room is a gentleman named Nader. I built somewhat of a friendship with the guy despite our language barrier. He paid attention on how I wanted the room cleaned and executed with precise detail. Him alone is the reason why I'm writing this good review. So go ahead and book a room. With the Boulevard close by and plenty of amenities to enjoy, you won't regret it.

We enjoyed our visit. The rooms were clean, and the staff and the service was excellent.

Location is perfect and near to many services either during the day time or late night. The hotel itself is clean and prepared well especially for families. Price is a bit over. Reaching the hotel is a bit tricky and they have to inform the guest about the building number before the arrival. So I advise guests to call and ask before they arrive. I stayed in Building one and four, but I liked the staff of building four. Check-in time need to be improved. Room dining was good but it takes 45-55 min to prepare an order. I recommend it for families who want to stay near to the city center.

Not a typical hotel. The style more like an apartment. There are 3 or more buildings. Some has no lobby others has no fitness and swimming pool. Strange for me and not convenient.

Definitely I will be back soon. Enjoyable place, excellent staff, and great location.

I visited this hotel twice this year. The first time was a business trip and I booked the premium suite and 3 more rooms for my guests. I was surprised that the hotel decided to upgrade my guests to classic suites. The second time is today with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and they upgraded us to the premium suite with their great bed setup and free complimentary cake and sweets. I highly recommend this hotel specially for those who appreciate great service and looking to relax and have a shopping area close by without getting stuck in Amman’s traffic!

I wish there is a rating less than one star to choose it.
Very bad, rude and non professional customer services especially at the gym and swimming pool.
I called them before going to swim there to avoid going from khalda and facing a problem, the phone call was not professional with wrong information from the hotel reception and the gym reception also. And when I arrived there they told me it's a day for couples only. Very bad customer care even from the manager (Samer) who refused to meet me at all even if I want to wait him.

Location is good, however the main entrance of the hotel is tricky to locate! No valet parking. The room size is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is very large. The room cleanliness was not perfect (damages to the furniture although the establishment is fairly new). The street noise can disturb your sleep. Overall a good deal if the price of the booking is reasonable!

Stayed at the 3rd tower, in a studio room, it ahs a small kitchenette and a small office corner, I loved the room, though it would have been nice to have panoramic windows to enjoy the view. The staff at the hotel and in the breakfast area are adorable, attentive and always smiley. The breakfast buffet is one of the best catering every taste: from cereals to cold cuts, traditional Arabic and English ones, honey and jams, pastries and fruits and a wide coffee selection. I enjoyed it daily whether on the terrace or inside the cafe italia. I would come back for sure.

Do not request a taxi at the front desk in the lobby because they overcharge you. Ex: we paid 10 JD for a ride that other taxis charge 2JD. Just walk to the corner and take a taxi on the street. Also, front desk staff is totally useless when it comes to help you looking for restaurants or places open during Ramadan. I had to look myself online and provided them with the list of open places. There are many good options open during Ramadan; however, hotel staff told us that "everything is closed" which was not true. Poor costumer service for tourists considering that this is a very expensive hotel and suppose to be for upscale costumers.

We had a classic studio: bedroom, living room and a small kitchen, though no cooking pots and pans or knives, you have to ask for each item from room service. The plates were dirty, as was the floor. Shower drain was clogged and the shower overflowed. TV volume is limited, and if you have any speakers with you, you have to leave it at the reception, as their "quiet policy" is strict, though if your windows are facing the boulevard, you can't hear the TV as the music outside is loud. There are two swimming pools, the one in our building was the part of the gym — small, nothing special, definitely not an option for a day-use.

It is a fancy upscale shopping area in Amman although seems to be constantly surrounded by huge construction projects. For that reason it seems inaccessible and so despite two years in Amman this was my first visit. It was a typical upscale shopping area with overpriced cafes in a pretty unattractive part of town.

One of the few reputable walking places in Amman with a touch of luxury, still not fully operational though, but you can spend an hour or two there for dining, shisha, or just having coffee or desert.

Great service, safe and located in the best area of Amman. Once the infrastructure around the hotel is developed will be a truly awesome place to stay.

Very good apartment hotel. In the middle of the city. Will definitely stay agian on next amman visit.

Recommended if you do not like to sleep. Poorly insulated and the mall area that is connected to the hotel blasts mall music and christmas carolls all night long. I payed to have a place to sleep, not listen to music all night long. Trying to deal with hotel management is like listening to a cassette player on repeat and leads nowhere.

A vibe and modern place in the heart of Amman.
