Bad experience, The elevator was not working for 6 hours, we asked to change the bed cover several times because of dirts, valet asking to change car parking location after 12:00am.

Rooms have nothing that works, fridge, hair dryer, safe, telephone… Etc. Bed covers and pillow cases not replaced after room cleaning.
I thank Eman and all the staff for trying to make our stay easy.

A good value for money, perfect location with lots of dinning options around, easy availability of taxi, great staff, A special thanks to the Gentleman at the reception to have arranged a very hearty breakfast. Clean rooms. Two Hotel Restaurants too.

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great.

The absolute worst hotel we have ever been to in Jordan. In the room we were greeted by a bed with filthy ripped bedsheets. There was another hotel room behind the door in the room, so we could hear literally every word our neighbor said. They sent us for dinner at 8 o'clock, unfortunately there was practically nothing left for it, not even ordinary pita bread! Just empty bowls. Thanks God for shawarma restaurant in the street. Breakfast similar, absolutely no choice, we had to wait half an hour for eggs. Definitely don't stay in this "hotel"!

Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Rooms could do with an upgrade or repair. TV difficult to operate. Breakfast mediocre. Wi-Fi coverage ok but images slow to download, if at all. Location ok but a long way from down town. You need to walk and explore area to find anything.

This was my favourite hotel during my trip. The location is great, tons of cheap food nearby and a mall. Area is safe, parking is included, water is hot, and staff is extremely polite.
I felt it was great value for money. There's also a gift shop in the hotel and a few steps from it in case you forget to pick them up before.

This isn't a 5-star hotel, and it doesn't claim to be. It is, however, very clean, comfortable, and reasonably-priced. My best friend and I truly enjoyed our stay while visiting Amman last week. The staff there is truly friendly and helpful, from the clerks at the front desk to the bartenders to the security officers who keep watch over the front door and the parking area. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with great air conditioning, a mini fridge, a coffee and tea making station, and a safe. We had a rental car, and we always were provided with free parking in front of the hotel, which the security staff keeps reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast in the mornings is very good with both hot and cold options. Even though the hotel is located in an area with lots of options for shopping, dining, and drinking, most evenings, we chose to stay at the hotel, which includes a really nice, friendly, and reasonably-priced bar as well as a separately-owned Italian restaurant with great food and an excellent staff. My friend and I truly enjoyed Amman, and we're so much looking forward to going back there soon. We can't even imagine staying at any other hotel. I highly recommend the Torino Hotel for anyone planning a stay in Amman.
