Spent 3 days in Ibis Amman, honestly one of the worst experiences ever.
On 3 separate occasions I had to wait outside my room for more than 30 minutes because the key card was not working, and this was happening with other customers too, they gave me another room and the same thing happened with the new room.
There are 3 elevators, only one is working.
I complained to the staff many times, I thought they would be embarrassed and apologetic but I was wrong, these guys are welling to tell you anything but they will never just say sorry for the inconvenience.

فندق مميز موقعه في مدينة عمّان بالقرب من العديد من المناطق الحيوية مثل منطقة الجاردنز وشارع المدينة المنورة الذي ينتشر فيه العديد من المطاعم العربية المشهورة بالإضافة إلى المطاعم العالمية ، قريب من الجامعة الأردنية 5 دقائق يبعد عنها في التكسي و يقابله أحد مولات عمّان القديمة والمشهورة وهو عمّان مول وبجانبه مطعم ريم البوادي ، بالنسبة لفريق العمل في الفندق متعاونين ويقدمون الخدمة بالمستطاع على أكمل وجه أما بالنسبة للغرف التي إستخدمتها صغيرة نسبياً وهنالك بعض الملاحظات حول النظافة أتمنى العمل على معالجتها وأسعاره هي الأقل في عمّان بين القنادق المشابهة له في عدد النجوم. شكراً لكم وأتمنى أن يكون هذا التقييم للتطوير وليس للتحبيط

Describe as not very pleasant, the room was not that clean, mattress were old and bad beside have so mold on bath, I've asked for extra bed sheets for 3 times until response, furniture was so old. Breakfast was OK but not that good Don't recommend it.

Very horrible and dirty rooms and bathroom yuck.

A modern hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Fast check in and check out. My only issue was a noisy party in the hotel that started just before midnight when I was getting to bed after a tiring 6 hours drive and before starting my 17 hours flight the next morning. I was offered to change the room but that was too late.

The service here was amazing. Great property, nice gym, well kept rooms. The Ac worked great in the rooms. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast as well. Thank you Kherfan and Wahshah. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Amman.

Staff is very kind and helpful… quick service… meeting rooms available… breakfast is also good but limited items for vegetarians.

Feels like a no star cheap filthy motel and not worth the money you pay for it. Beds are uncomfortable, very small filthy room, and extremely small bathroom. Don't recommend at all…

We came here at the end of a tour of the country, after all of the hotels we stayed at, this was a disappointment although the clean lobby was quite promising. They were asking $15 for dinner (definitely not worth the price). The buffet selection was meager both in food options and they kept running out of food. Despite coming to the buffet 30 minutes after it opened, new food was still coming out and many of the dishes were cold (it felt like we were eating leftovers). That only our group was there wasn't particularly encouraging. No shampoo in the bathroom and the door doesn't even close all the way. Bleak lighting in the hallway. Staff was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed, forgetful, and clueless about basic hotel amenity requests (we kept asking for an adaptor, was unclear if we could get it from the front desk or they insisted on dropping it off until they came up to our room, very silly over an adaptor, another lady was asking for smaller towels and they didn't seem to understand). Location is solid, but don't expect too much.

Absolutely loved this hotels! My stay was amazing, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are polite and professional and so helpful. Plus it has a very good location.

Great hotel. Only issue is that fge rooms dont have open windows. So you may feel the need of fresh air sometime.

Been there for my honeymoon. My wife and I loved the place and the location. The staff was very kind and helpful! The manager offered us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Huge thank you for all the team.

Very pleasant stay. Nice and efficient staff. No complaints. The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to shopping malls and shops. Breakfast is very decent.

Very good business hotel at a prime location in Amman. Standard room size and cleanliness are very good while breakfast buffet is a 4 star hotel standard. Staff is welcoming with clear communication skills in English. It's worth the money paid for!

A very good (+) budget hotel with premium service and hospitality staff and facilities. I truly recommend this hotel for Amman visitors. It's located in the trendy area of malls, restaurants and shopping spots.

Great budget hotel right in the Middle of Amman city, Jordan. Beers are available throughout even during Ramadan when the all city is alcohol scarce. Great breakfast and very Nice staff.

Well kept rooms, good service at reception and restaurant. Wi-Fi was very good. Security were also very polite and friendly.
In short, it was worth the money paid.

I am loving the place … the breakfast is scrumptious n u can select from a number of well prepared dishes. The hotel staff is friendly too. Keep it up :-)

Worst experience ever, TV is not working since day one, their valet hit my car and they refused to admit it, I was trying to contact the management to check the cameras and they kept postponing me, bad housekeeping, I will never do it again ever.

Oh god! Very bad service. Rude employees! The rudest I have encountered yet. The rooms are clean. They always forget to refill the soup and shampoo, you have to point it out.

الخدمه ممتازه. المواقف بعيده عن الفندق بس لو حاطين درج من الموقف للفندق. بالنسبه لمحتويات الغرف الأفضل بتزويدها بالآتي، (ماء،فأين) وشكرا.

Small rooms but good service.

I stayed in ibis Amman for two nights and it was clean, comfortable, every person I dealt with was extremely courteous and friendly, and it was a very fair price. Actually, it was one of the best values for a hotel I've stayed at in a long long time. I will definitely stay there again when in Amman.

I like it, it is buisness level hotel, i've checked in two times, Three nights each. The food was very good. Try it you will love it:-).

It's a really nice hotel. Great location, very close (couple of minutes walking) to many restaurants and a mall. Didn't try the food there though. I would definitely check in there again when I travel.
