When we arrived having used the hotel transfer (paid but well worth it) we were given an upgrade on our room. The staff were all extremely helpful. It was nice to have free Wi-Fi in the room. Breakfast was as expected and enjoyable. The buffet dinner in the evening was very good value. The reception staff were knowledgeable and even lent us towels for our trip to the Dead Sea. The hotel is well placed for several attractions. Taxis are very cheap but be sure to get a price and haggle. We spent six days at caravan hotel-Amman. The room was very good, the service was great. All my family members were happy. — Many thanks to the taleb, Will recommend to friends visiting Amman. — Enjoy we did.

Taleb is the best owner I have ever ever seen he received us with great lovely smile and warm welcome. He made us feel like home. My family and I like his attitude a lot The lounge is great with excellent service. — specially big thing to the great owner taleb.

We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Jordan and the one thing that stood out for us was the friendliness of the staff — very welcoming and helpful. Our first stay here was for 3 nights at the beginning of our 12 day trip then at the end for 1 extra night before flying home. We had different rooms both times; each were spacious, clean, tea and coffee lots of wardrobe space, and the most comfortable beds in all of Jordan — fantastic nights sleep. The bathrooms were clean with great hot showers and. Breakfast was included with a great selection of different foods, local and western, and eggs cooked to your choice. It's a family owned hotel located in a quiet streetThere are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance but if you don't want to leave the hotel, they have a restaurant on the top and nice view. We have no hesitation in recommending staying here at this lovely family owned hotel in Amman. Highly recommend — thank taleb … great owner.

One of the best hotels I have stayed all around world. Amazing hospitality. Can recommend to anyone. Clean rooms, excellent amenities and to top it, fantastic service. Seamless check in and check out. What more you want when you are away from home?! Everything is great in this hotel.

Hotel with rooms and bathroom very basic.

Hotel a little dated, comfortable, clean, but there is no elevator. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is the possibility to park the car. Breakfast not abundant and with little choice of products. The staff is kind and courteous.

Local hotel for ppl from outside. Budget hotel for ppl with low budget.

We booked the family owned hotel mainly because it is just 12 min away from Jett Station; and we had two very good stays at the hotel at the beginning and end of our trip in Jordan. Rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, comfortable and pretty spacious. The buffet breakfast was really lovely — amazing city view and delicious local food, including some freshly baked cake. However, the hotel is rather far from most attractions in Amman, being a good 20 minutes walk from town center.

The rooms are dirty, the carpets and the chairs stained, the staff is unpleasant, the food served in the restaurant and badly cooked, the meat too cooked, dry and salty…
The invoice has errors, half board… But meals billed.
It is very far from a five star…
We must avoid this hotel!

Everything was so bad we woke up to catch our trip. I turned on the light to get ready and noticed a huge bug on the bed. After further investigation, I realized it was a begging bug and alerted my friend. He jumped over and checked his side of the bed just to find a few bed bugs! Huge and very noticeable on top of white paper and brushes. When we went out, the receptionist would give us a discount (a total of 10JOD which is not enough! ). However, we do not leave with peace of mind. Stay away if you do not want Big bugs! This is the worst hotel I have ever entered. The rooms are not clean at all. Not recommended at all! We stayed there one night and will not repeat it for sure. I was disappointed this hotel This is one of the worse hotels I have stayed in.

Very bad choice. Expensive hotel. Not clean When I arrived to the hotel I try to tell the girl I have booked for 2 night but she doesn't understand me When the owner taleb come he fix the problem, he give me very small room, no TV, no air condition, no hot water in the bathroom, I can't sleep in the night very noise people also the street near my window. I try to tell someone in the hotel from the staff I need change the room, but no one can speak English good, In the morning I move to another hotel closed. Not like this hotel The good things in this hotel the owner taleb he try all the way to give me the good trip about Jordan but I can't take, because what happen with me in the hotel before. Good breakfast The staff very bad with me "Never I come back in the caravan hotel in my life" Bad choice.

For quick in and out visit, nice location, clean average service.

Cheap, staff were helpful, not really near food but a short walk.

I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Caravan. The rooms are spacious and clean with air conditioners and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after. The family who run the hotel are absolutely beautiful and welcome you into their lives during your stay! One of the highlights of my whole trip was when the owner, Taleb performed tradition Jordan music for us! … Stay here! You will love it!

Awesome family run hotel which is significantly unpriced. Has a great atmosphere especially if you can convince the owner to perform some Arabic music.

Nice hotel and wonderful staf. Clean and central positioned, and there you can get a touristic program for everywhere in Jordan. Five stars.

Staying at the Caravan was like home from home with Taleb and his family. The hotel meals and facilities were excellent and everyone so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Taleb arranged my tours to Petra, Jerash and the Dead Sea, via Mount Nebo, for me with English-speaking drivers and I was very well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Jordan, beautiful country, well worth a visit.

Good service and good location for trips on foot to the old town, very friendly owners with many helpful contacts.

It is (2+ stars) hotel with (5 stars) services. Great owner and great stuff. Very clean and tidy. You feel just like home.

A nice hotel in a good location with nice, clean rooms. The food is good, Middle Eastern fair. The staff is very kind and professional.
