So far so good, the staff is awesome and very polite, parking sucks however it’s not a problem for me since my wife is the one driving 😁😁

It`s a good hotel to stay in, it does`t fit for families or children or couples maybe for business trips or school camps. The food isn`t that good it`s normal but the treatment and the staff are very nice and helpfull.

An adequate hotel without great luxuries but right. Good and varied local food.

It wasn't a good experience, the hotel is old, it needs to renew, the entrance isn't suitable for disabled because the stairs are more than 2 meters high, serve in cafe was bad, housekeeping was good, reception employees have medium experience in their job, the restaurant food was about 50%. Parking is available.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. They have very nice staircases in the ENTRSDA but nothing practical for the suitcases. Also ask them if they have lift to upload and they say no… That only for service, and service? Well, lost by the hotel. They have rooms with doors busted. Not recommended at all…

All good! Nothing to complain about!

Average comfort levels. Mattress too soft. No exhausting facility at bath, TV doesn't work, have to ask for daily quota of 500ml of water. Breakfast is good.

The staff is friendly, the food very good, the rooms are simple but ok, free Wi-fi works perfectly, 120, — US $ for a double room a bit too high, but compared to other 4 * hotels in Jordan The price-performance ratio is quite appropriate!
The Chipcard that is supposed to lock the room occasionally does not work, but it is quickly resolved in the Reception. You should prefer to change money around the corner on the main road (better course! ).
Judging by the experience gained in other hotels in jordan, I have a recommendation for Arena space!

Good place, good servive n comfort place for rest in Jordan.

It's OK. Nothing special. Location is a bit off if you want to experience urban Amman.

The hotel is the worst i've ever went to in my life. The service is beyond awful and the room is completely uncomfortable.

I was there fr 3 days the hotel was awesome there were free Wi-Fi nd all love the hotel.

A good place to be, I lived 5 days it was amazing.

Worse hotel I have ever been in. At first it seemed like a nice hotel with everything in good condition, but awful clients. They were eating seeds and throwing garbage everywhere, extremely noisy, they were staying with their doors open, and shouting at each other continously every single day, until 3AM. And this was not an isolated incident, we were a group of 12, with 6 rooms, and they all had the same awful experience, everywhere in the hotel there where people like that. I think they were patient families and patients from the nearby hospital. The staff did not do absolutely anything to stop them. I stayed for 4 nights and it was a disappointing and kinda scary experience!

The location is good as it is near Hosbital and main commercial street Rooms are avareg.

Best gym with the lowest price.

I hate it hotel entrance on highway.

Room was clean, had all the basic amenities. Ran out of toilet paper on the second day, and the housekeeper didn't replace it while cleaning the room. The morning buffet was awful: limited selection, and all the food was instant or otherwise unappetizing.
