For foreigners, particularly Americans, the single double room may be a tad small if you truly intend on sharing a room. Location is central Tokyo and close to the station and a metro stop right in front of the hotel which is convenient. There are maybe about 10 channels to watch and only Japanese TV, the room itself is just enough to fit a full-sized bed and walking room with card-controlled utilities. So you can't have light without your card inserted. Staff is polite and accommodating to non-native speakers but it always helps to at least try for a few niceties.
Nice and clean place. Good service. Nea subway station (30 seconds walk). Low price if early reserve.
