Great location, lovely rooms and very friendly service. From the pick up at the airport to being taken to Tokyo Station the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had a great stay at Aoyama Grand Hotel. Before our arrival, we realised we wanted to switch to a different room type and the staff were quick to reply and did their best to accommodate our request.

I had an amazing experience at the Lyf Shibuya Tokyo Hotel. As an American traveler, it truly felt like a home away from home feel.

We had a great time at this hotel. Kind staff, super centrally located. Rooms were very quiet (no street noise) and bed was comfortable. We would absolutely come back here.

This place was great for a 3 night stay during my solo trip to Japan.

Room is small (very common in Tokyo) but location is good. Staff Muna is super friendly that m she brought me to the lounge and introduced the facilities to me. Nice treats to guests and It’s free.

This hotel shocked me. The room was very clean and very spacious and I also had an amazing view of the city.

Really beautiful and quiet Neighbourhood. It is close to a subway station so it is still very accessible. The rooms are spacious considering Japanese hotels.

Great hostel! Beds are clean and comfy. Staff speaks English and are helpful and attentive. Lots of space to store your stuff on the rack under the bed. Everything feels really safe and secure also.

I was surprised by how convenient and comfy this was. The pods are quite comfortable, especially if you travel light (one suitcase).

Excellent facility. Spacious rooms with clean and beautiful amenities. Breakfast is good with a wide range of continental and some traditional Japanese items, something for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya over the New Year’s celebrations with our party of five.

As mentioned by others, it was like an elevated hostel. The bed was comfortable and wider than a typical twin. I liked that they had a fan blowing in the capsule.

Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is really a top-notch hotel. It is clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is just at the fringe of Shibuya shopping area, super convenient!

Pretty great location, it was really convenient and located perfectly close to shibuya station but farther away from the crowds and noise.

Great location. Rooms are a tad smaller compared to some other hotels in the area but has everything you need.

Located between Shibuya and Harajuku, it’s convenient for shopping. There are two nice small museums nearby too.

We came here 10 years ago and upon our "hisashiburi" return still love the place. They still have the great evening noodles, great bath and laundry facilities. They also have a great location.

Staying at TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET completely exceeds expectations.

TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET is a stylish and memorable place to visit in Jingumae, even without staying overnight. I stopped by the local store and bar to look around and enjoy a cocktail.

Amazing stay at Sequence Miyashita Park.
Reception staff was very nice and accommodating, we were able to store our luggages before check-in and after check-out.

Experienced this hotel twice now, both visits are a couple of months apart. The location is nice, it's about a 5-10 walk from the center of shibuya so you don't really get intercepted with the chaos.

Overall, I think the location is great. It’s close to the station, shops, convenience stores and the attached restaurants were a plus. The staff were also extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Hotel Allamanda Aoyama is, hands down, my new Tokyo happy place. From the moment I stepped in, the service was so smooth and attentive it made me wonder if they’d read my mind. The rooms?

Very good little hotel for our stay in Tokyo. The room was a little small but we didn't stay inside for long so that wasn't a big deal, and when we were there, it was quiet in our room.

This location is perfect for Shibuya and the price is unbeatable for a room with a tub. The staff were all incredibly friendly and understanding.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom is very clean. No tables. Just for sleeping. It is clean though. Price is not bad because it is really close to the city Shibuya. (stores)
